用顺序注射分光光度法，通过一次进样。同时测定硝酸根和亚硝酸根。亚硝酸根是根据格里斯重氮－偶联反应，形成偶氮染料后在波长540nm下进行检测。而硝酸根则通过镀铜镉粒还原柱还原为亚硝酸根后进行测定。
