Methods］ MTT assay was employed to test the lethal concentration 50 (IC50) of sensitive germline (SK-OV-3) and ovarian cancer cell subline induced by ADR (SK-OV-3/adr) treated by 4 drugs, resistance index and reverse multiple were calculated. The changes of drug content were observed by fluorescence microscope, the intracellular accumulation of ADR was evaluated by fluorospectrophotometry, the changes of mdr 1/P-gp resistance were observed respectively by RT-PCR and Western blot.

方法］MTT法检测药物对敏感细胞株（SK-OV-3）和诱导的耐药细胞株（SK-OV-3/adr）的半数致死浓度（IC50），计算耐药指数和加逆转剂后的逆转倍数，荧光显微镜观察不同时间细胞内的药物含量变化，荧光分光光度法测定细胞内ADR的含量，RT-PCR和Western blot法检测细胞耐药前后mdr1/P-gp的变化。

The paper focuses on the tetraploidy black locust on Loess plaeatu of West Shanxi province, applys steady state promoter method and image processing technology to study the days transpiration water consumption in different weather ,different seasons and different site conditions,has primary analysis on the impact of environment on the transpiration and carries on the calculation to the tetraploidy locust tree by the single leaf water consumption to the single tree water consumption in CaiJiachuan watershed; Uses fast weighing method to measure and analyze the transpiration water consumption of five different herbs under the tetraploidy black locust forest (Capillary Wormwood,Vanilla,Agropyron Sristatum , Common Sowthistle and Medicago Sativa) in short time, in the same and different growcrop,and calculates the average transpiration water consumption per square metres ;the soil colome weighing method was used for determining diumal variation quantity of soil moisture evaporation, analyzing the dynamic variation and caculating the total quantity of soil evaporation water consumption from May to August ; then 5 kind of suppositions about the types of surface vegetation coverage are proposed in experimented site and the total evapotranspiration water consumption are calculated under 5 suppoitions ,aim at providing preliminary theoretic basis for ascertaining the transpiration water consumption of tetraploidy black locust forest,controling standing forest density and optimizing the forest grass deploy on loess plaeatu of west Shanxi province .

本文以两种不同立地条件下的四倍体刺槐林为研究对象，采用了气孔计法对蔡家川流域生长季内不同天气状况下(典型晴天、阴天和半阴天)四倍体刺槐日蒸腾耗水规律、不同季节(生长季初期、中期和末期)的蒸腾耗水规律、两种不同立地条件下四倍体刺槐蒸腾耗水比较以及影响四倍体刺槐蒸腾耗水的环境因子进行初步研究分析，并对四倍体刺槐由单叶耗水量向单株耗水量进行推算；采用经典快速连续称重法对四倍体刺槐林地生长的主要5种草本植物(白蒿、香青兰、冰草、苦苣和苜蓿)短时段内蒸腾耗水规律、不同生长季内蒸腾耗水规律、同一生长季不同种类草本植物蒸腾耗水量进行了比较分析，并且采用面积与重量比的方法推算出了单位面积四倍体刺槐林地几种主要草本植物平均蒸腾耗水量：采用土柱称重法测定了5月份～8月份土壤水分蒸发昼夜变化量、对试验期内土壤蒸发量动态变化作了分析、推算出了试验地5月份～8月份土壤蒸发耗水总量；对试验地地表植被覆盖类型提出了5种假设，推算出5种假设的情景下蒸散耗水总量，旨在为晋西黄土区四倍体刺槐林蒸腾耗水量的确定、林分密度调控以及林草优化配置等提供初步的理论依据。

In this dissertation, firstly, the conditions of isolation and purification of specific toxin fractions produced by Exserohilum turcicum has been studied, and a high-efficient method has been established;secondly, the toxins were analysed by UV-Vis spectrophotometry;then the effect of specific toxin on death rate of corn leaves protoplast was studied by FDA as a tinct reagent;finally, using ANS as a probe and SDS-PAGE to study the membrane protein of the corn leaves with Htl gene. In a word, the aim of the research is to search some existent evidences of the toxin binding site on protoplasmic membrane, and provide proofs for nosogenesis of specific toxin in terms of cytology and the molecular biology.

本研究对玉米大斑病菌1号小种毒素的特异性组分进行分离，建立了高效的特异性毒素分离纯化方法，并对其进行了紫外波谱分析；用荧光素双醋酸酯染色法，测定了毒素特异性组分对原生质体死亡率的影响；进而用1-苯胺基-8-萘磺酸荧光探针标记法和SDS-PAGE电泳法对特异性毒素组分与Htl基因玉米细胞互作过程中的质膜蛋白进行了研究，旨在证明Htl基因玉米细胞质膜上存在特异性毒素组分结合蛋白，为从细胞和分子生物学角度阐明毒素的致病机理提供证据。

The contrastive results showed Ce(SO4)2 was more simple and convenient, accurate and faster than the principle methods and more adapt to titrate the bleaching solution in high temperature, would not be disturbed by the stabilizer in hydrogen peroxide solution.

结果表明，Ce(SO4)2法更简便、准确，其准确度高于KMnO4法和Na2S2O3法，更适合在较高温度下测定漂液中残余H2O2的含量，并且不会与漂液中其他有机物质发生反应。

In this paper, total logistics amounts are chosen as evaluation index, and artificial time series are designed to solve the shortness of statistical data in Chinese logistics. Spectrum estimation theory depicts time characteristics in frequency domain thus has such benefit than time domain methods. This paper evaluates the period of Chinese logistics using spectrum estimation. Stationarity of artificial series is verified, parameter sensitivity of truncation point is analyzed, six periods with different delay window are compared, and significance of period evaluated is tested.

中国物流统计数据缺乏，客观上限制了对其周期规律的研究，本文选取社会物流总额作为测度指标，设计了一种人工序列，解决了统计数据过短问题；谱估计法从频域角度揭示客观事物的时间特性，在研究时间序列周期波动方面具有时域分析法所不具备的优势，作者采用谱估计法对中国物流发展周期进行测定，检验了指标序列平稳性，分析了截断点参数灵敏度，比较了6种不同滞后窗下周期值，并检验了所测得周期的显著性。

On the basis of the former results, Miscibility of unseparated reaction solution with varied resins were investigated by means of co-solvent method and the glossiness of the film method. The miscibility of 344# acrylic resin with the mixture was better than others, when the ratio of the mixture to 344# acrylic resin was one to ten, the miscibility attained best, and the glossiness of the film was 100 percent.The effect of miscibility and molecular weight on delaminating rate were investigated by the co-solvent method.
