In the present study, mitochondrial 12S, 16S and nuclear 18S, 28S rDNA fragments of ten species of spiders were amplified and sequenced. Using neighbor-joining, maximum parsimony, maximum likelihood methods and Bayesian analyses, the phylogenetic relationship between Deinopoidea and Araneoidea was inferred from the combined DNA sequences of 12S, 16S, 18S and 28S rDNA fragments. The resulting phylogeny indicated that: Deinopoidea and Araneoidea did not form single clade.

本文首先测定了包括复杂生殖器类中妖面蛛总科、园蛛总科和非圆网蛛类等3个类群在内的9科10种蜘蛛线粒体12S rDNA、16S rDNA及核18S rDNA、28S rDNA等4个基因片段序列，并基于4个基因序列的整合数据，分别通过邻接法、最大简约法、最大似然法和贝叶斯法分析，对园蛛总科和妖面蛛总科蜘蛛之间的分子系统关系进行了探讨。

Caesalpinia Sappan L. that had immunosuppressive function was investigated in this paper. On the basis of establishing the method of determining content of hydroxybenzene in Caesalpinia Sappan L., extractive technology was investigated by orthogonal design. Permeation, soxhlet and ultrasonic extraction were surveyed with water, thirty-five, sixty-five and ninety-five percent of ethanol as solvents.

本文以具有免疫抑制作用的中药苏木为研究对象，在建立苏木中总酚含量分光光度测定方法的基础上，以水、35%、65%、95%乙醇为溶剂，通过渗漉法、煎煮法、索氏法、超声波法对苏木的提取工艺进行了优选。

Experimental results showed that the relative average error of the proposed method, the hydrazine hydrate gravimetry and the ammonium chloroplatinate gravimetry is -0.14%~+0.13%,-0.21%~+0.21% and -0.13%~+0.14%, respectively, and the relative standard deviation of three methods is 0.05%~0.08%, 0.11%~0.14% and 0.08%~0.09%, respectively, for Pt content from 37% to 65%. Therefore, the accuracy and precision of the proposed method are almost the same with hydrazine hydrate gravimetry, and are a little better than ammonium chloroplatinate gravimetry. But it is rapid, economic, secure, easy to operate and environmental friendly.

结果表明：测定37%~65%的Pt含量，本法、氯铂酸氨重量法、水合肼还原重量法的相对平均误差分别为-0.14%~+0.13%、-0.21%~+0.21%、-0.13%~+0.14%，相对标准偏差分别为0.05%~0.08%、0.11%~0.14%、0.08%~0.09%，故本法的准确度和精密度与水合肼还原重量法的基本一致，较氯铂酸氨重量法的略好；但本法消解快速、节能、安全，操作简便，对环境污染程度小，适宜推广运用。

Methods Agarose gel electrophoresis analysis was used to detect plasmid profiles. Plate transconjugation and broth transconjugation were used to examine the conjugative resistant plasmids and the agar plate dilution method was used to analyze the minimum inhibitory concentration of 15 antimicrobial agents.
