测定法

The physicochemical properties, fatty acid composition and mineral elements of Viburnum cylindricum seed oil were determined. The results showed that 20 kinds of fatty acids in the Viburnum cylindricum seed oil were identified, in which the main components were oleic acid (33.34%), 8,11-octadecadienoic acid (28.24%) and palmitic acid (22.55%); the seed oil contained 6 kinds of essential mineral elements including Ca, P, Mg, Fe, K and Mn, and their contents were in the reasonable range of body requirement.

测定了水红木油的理化指标；用GC/MS法测定了脂肪酸组成及含量，共检出20种脂肪酸，主要成分9-十八碳烯酸占33.34%，8，11-十八碳二烯酸占28.24%，十六烷酸占22.55%，3种脂肪酸共占84.13%；用ICP-OES法测定了矿质元素的种类和含量，检出的Ca、P、Mg、Fe、K、Mn 6种矿质元素均为人体必需元素，含量均在人体所需合理范围内。

在整体和离体水平，选用大鼠高脂血症模型模拟动脉粥样硬化早期状况。用114只大鼠多指标着重研究n-3多不饱和脂肪酸在高脂血症状态下对内皮的保护作用，以探讨其预防动脉粥样硬化的机理。所采用指标包括：浸银法观察内皮细胞排列与形态；离体血管环观察内皮依赖性舒张；伊文氏蓝染料法观察内皮通透性。为探讨作用机理，进行了血脂和体重的动态监测、DPH(1，6-二苯基-1，3，5，乙三烯)标记红细胞膜的荧光光谱测定、红细胞膜流动性测定、血浆和红细胞膜脂质过氧化物测定。

Methods AH dry powder inhalation was prepared by spray-drying method. Following spray-drying, resultant powders were characterized using scanning electron microscopy and laser diffraction, and the aerosolisation performance was determined using twin-stage liquid impinger. The process conditions were optimized with orthogonal design combined with multi-index test. The powder yield, aerodynamic diameter, angle of repose and respirable fraction were used as indices for orthogonal design.
