OBJECTIVES: To predict duration of azotemia and distinguish acute renal failure clinically from chronic renal failure by measuring the concentration of hair creatinine and analysing the correlation between Hcr and serum creatinine in 59 patients with acute renal failure and 64 patients with chronic renal failure .

目的：通过对59例急性肾功能衰竭(Acute renal failure，ARF)病人和64例慢性肾功能衰竭(Chronic renal failure，CRF)病人头发肌酐含量(Hair creatinine concentration，Hcr)测定、比较ARF组和CRF组病人就诊时30-40mm段头发肌酐含量之间的差别、对Hcr与血肌酐浓度(Serum creatinine，Scr)相关关系的研究，在临床上利用头发肌酐含量测定来判定肾功能衰竭持续的时间，进一步鉴别急、慢性肾功能衰竭。

Methods Fifteen dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A acted as the control group without CPB; group B and group C were subjected to cardiopulmonary bypass and crossclamping the aorta for 90 min. MP or saline was injected intravenously before surgery. Plasma levels of IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8 and IL-10 were measured at the following time points: before MP or saline were administered, aortic declamping, 30 min and 90 min, after aortic declamping. Immediately after the animals was killed, pulmonary arterial rings were obtained and mounted in organ chamber for assessment of endothelial function with endothelium-dependent or non-endothelium-dependent studies.

健康家犬15只，随机分为3组，A组：不进行CPB，作为非体外对照组；B组：麻醉后注射生理盐水10mL，常规全麻和CPB，主动脉阻断90min；C组：麻醉后静脉给予甲泼尼龙5mg/kg，其余处理同B组。B、C组分别在手术前及主动脉开放前、开放后30min和90min 4个时间点采动脉血，放免法测定血浆白介素－1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子－α、白介素－6(IL-6)、白介素－8(IL-8)和白介素－10(IL-10)水平；手术结束时，A、B、C 3组均取右肺动脉段，固定于张力传感器，测定血管环内皮依赖性和非内皮依赖性扩张能力的变化。

The aim of this study was to explore the potential relationship between the enhancement of instant hemostatic function in vivo of cryopreserved platelets and its procoagulative related molecule activities. The ability of platelet binding factor Ⅴ, density of GPIb-Ⅸ-Ⅴ(CD42a) at platelet member surface were detected by flow cytometry, the clotting time induced by activated platelets were evaluated by coagulometer and platelet count, MPⅤ and PDW were measured by hemocytometer before and after fresh platelets were cryopreserved.

The results summarized as follows:(1)The main pharmacokinetic parameters Tmax was about 2h, Cmax was 8.365, 7.519, 1.871, 6.485, 4.060μg/mL in blood, gill, kidney, liver, and muscle respectively, after oral administration at a dose of 30 mg/kg; while t1/2 were 8.180~23.249h. 另外，本文测定了大菱鲆成鱼体内NFLX的药物浓度，用MCP-KP药动学程序对所得的药物浓度-时间数据进行分析，结果表明：1单次混饲口灌(30 mg/kg体重日)NFLX，药物在大菱鲆体内的达峰时间为2h，血液、腮、肾脏、肝脏、肌肉达峰浓度分别为：8.365、7.519、1.871、6.485、4.060μg/mL，消除半衰期为8.180～23.249h，说明NFLX在大菱鲆体内吸收较迅速，但滞留时间较长。2连续五天混饲口灌(30 mg/kg体重日)NFLX，消除半衰期为74.88～200.45h，说明混饲口灌NFLX在大菱鲆体内消除缓慢，其中以肾脏中残留最显著。
