The SMMC-7721 hepatoma cell line of experimental groups and control groups were cultured with the addition of sodium selenite, potassium iodide or triiodothyronine (T3). The cell quantity was checked by the MTT assay , and the cell cycle was observed by flow cytometry and levels of AFP and ALB in the culture solution were determined by RIA.The SD rats were divided into positive control group, negative control group, T3 group and mixture group (the mixture of sodium selenite, KI and T3). After two weeks of the administration of sodium selenite、 KI and T3,Walker256 cells were transplanted into the abdominal cavity. The administration was kept on for another two weeks, then observed the morbility and mortality of the rats with ascites carcinoma. At the end, the ascites were for the cells counting and the cell cycles analysising.

方 法：在体外，应用细胞培养的方法，培养SMMC－7721肝癌细胞系，分为试验组和对照组，试验组加入不同浓度Se、I或T3干预，培养一段时间后，通过噻唑蓝试验、流式细胞仪，观察细胞数量及细胞周期的变化，测定细胞培养上清液中甲胎蛋白、白蛋白的水平，观察细胞分化情况；在体内，将试验用SD大鼠分成阴性对照组、阳性对照组、T3组和混合组（为Se、I和T3混合物），首先预防性用药2周，然后给试验组大鼠和阳性对照组大鼠腹腔注射Walker256细胞，制造腹水癌大鼠模型；继续用药2周，观察各组大鼠发病率及死亡率，测量不同时期大鼠血清FT3含量，通过流式细胞仪测量大鼠腹水细胞数及细胞周期变化。

The effects of different storage temperature(-5 ℃,-10 ℃,-15 ℃,-20 ℃,-25 ℃) and different package methods(uncover package,vacuum package,package full of nitrogen) on squilla were evaluated by sensory method and biochemical properties including total volatile basic nitrogenand K value.

鲜虾蛄包装条件分别为：充氮包装、抽真空包装和普通包装。在-25℃下冷冻8h，然后分别在-5、-10、-15、-20、-25℃等温度条件下贮存，并在不同的贮存时间对虾蛄的感官指标评价、K值和TVB-N值进行测定。结果表明虾蛄的K值与TVB-N值有较好的相关性。

Experimental result showed that under the wavelength of 460 nm,there was good linear relation between absorbency and content of SO42-;and stationary time that absorbency value needed became longer along with the increase of sample quantity of phosphoric acid.When absorbency become stationary,there is good linear relation between the phosphoric acid sample quantity and the content ofSO42-.So the content of SO42- can be adjusted by turning the sample quantity to make it in scope of standard curve.

实验结果表明，在波长为460 nm处，硫酸根含量与吸光度成良好的线性关系；随着磷酸取样量的增加，吸光度达到稳定值所需的时间相应增加，稳定后磷酸取样量与硫酸根含量成良好线性关系，因此实验过程中可通过调整磷酸的取样量来调节硫酸根含量，使之在标准曲线的测定范围内。

To understand the mechanism of the luminescent enhancement for the nanocomposites,the measurements of steady fluorescence emission,fluorescence lifetime and spin-lattice relaxation time ( t 1) of the individual carbon atoms in MEH-PPV for the nanocomposite films were carried out.

Methods］ MTT assay was employed to test the lethal concentration 50 (IC50) of sensitive germline (SK-OV-3) and ovarian cancer cell subline induced by ADR (SK-OV-3/adr) treated by 4 drugs, resistance index and reverse multiple were calculated. The changes of drug content were observed by fluorescence microscope, the intracellular accumulation of ADR was evaluated by fluorospectrophotometry, the changes of mdr 1/P-gp resistance were observed respectively by RT-PCR and Western blot.
