Was studied by Folin Ciocalteu colorimetry. The results showed that polyphenol content of C. album could be well calculated according to their colorime tric absorption at 765nm by applying Folin Ciocalteu reagent 1.5mL and 10% Na2CO3 6 mL,2 h at 30℃ for colorimetric reaction, and the linear range of standard curve was 7-70mg/L.The method established was very convenient, stable and accurate.Key words: Canarium album Rauesch.;polyphenol;colorimetry

结果表明：橄榄多酚提取液在加入Folin Ciocalteu试剂1.5 mL，10% Na2CO3 6 mL，反应时间2 h，温度30℃的条件下进行显色，并于765 nm处测定其吸光值，多酚质量浓度在7～70mg/L范围内与吸光值有良好的线性关系，根据此线性回归方程进行橄榄多酚的定量测定，该方法简单方便，稳定性好，准确度高。

Methods:Fibrinogen was purified by precipitation from citrated plasma by saturated ammonium sulplvate.Fibrinogen-bound sialic acid levels with 22 controls and 113 liver patients were assayed by the thiobarbituric acid method.

①对42例早期CuTS患者的肘部上、下各5cm(共10cm)运动诱发动作电位传导时间、波幅进行测定，计算出运动神经传导速度，并与30例正常对照者的检测结果比较，确认肘管内嵌压部位；②对尺神经进行顺向感觉传导速度测定；③对前臂肌与手内肌进行针电极肌电图检测，帮助判定尺神经损害。

PK values of 3-ethoxy-N-desmethyldiazepam (3-EtO-NDZ) in ethanol and acetonitrile containing various concentrations of sulfuric acid, determined by spectrophotometry and spectropolarimetry, were found to be 3.4 and 0.63 respectively. Temperature dependent racemization of enantiomeric 3-EtO-NDZ in ethanol containing various acid concentrations was studied by monitoring changes of ellipticity at 365 nm as a function of time on a spectropolarimeter.

3-乙氧基－N去甲基安定（3-EtO-NDZ；diazepam=安定）在含不同硫酸浓度的乙醇和乙腈中的pK值用光谱法和旋光光谱法作了测定，其结果分别为3.4和0.63.3-EtO-NDZ之对映异构体在含各种不同酸浓度的乙醇中与温度相关的消旋过程，用旋光光谱仪选择其圆二色谱在365nm波长处强度的改变为时间函数的方法作了测定。

Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, ChinaAbstract: Desorbing bacterium from suspended particle surfaces by adding some different chemicals, such as Zwittergent3-12,EGTA and tryptone etc., and ultrasonic surging, comparing the difference of HPC value between before and after desorption, and then analyzing the size and number of suspended particles, it can be concluded that the effect of suspended particles in drinking water on HPC determination is significant.

本试验采用添加有助于解吸的化学试剂结合不同超声时间、超声温度下的超声波振荡对吸附在颗粒物上的细菌进行解吸，对比解吸前后HPC测定结果的差异，再对颗粒物数量、粒径进行分析，阐述颗粒物对HPC测定结果的影响。

The quality indices,including AWRC,GMP content,SDS sedimentation volume,Pelshenke fermentation time,Grain hardness,Starch content,Protein content,WEAX content,grain vitreousness,PPO activity,Mixing time of wheat samples from 28 cultivars planted in Anhui Province and 18 soft wheat cultivars from two locations were measured to determine their variance and conducted analyses of partial correlation,multi-regression and cluster.

测定了28个小麦品种的AWRC、GMP含量、SDS沉降值、Pelshenke值、硬度、籽粒总淀粉含量、籽粒蛋白质含量、WEAX、湿面筋含量、角质率、PPO活性、和面时间、峰高、7min尾高、7min带宽、形成角、衰落角、麦粉膨胀势、直链淀粉相对含量等19项品质指标；同时还测定了18个参试的软质小麦品种的一年两点试验的部分重要品质指标。

Through measuring the gel time and the unconfined compression stre- ngth of cement-waterglass-clay specimen, this paper, using orthogonal method, analyzes the effect of different water-cement ratio, different admixing quantities of waterglass and different clay content on specimen strength and presents the optimal dispensation formula for two-fluid process of cement-waterglass.

本文通过水泥—水玻璃—粘土试件凝胶时间的测定及无侧限抗压强度测定，用正交方法分析了不同水灰比、不同水玻璃掺量及不同粘土含量对试件强度的影响，提出了水泥—水玻璃双液浆的最优配方，基本解决了旋喷施工时造成的基础瞬时沉降问题，为旅喷注浆的设计与施工提供了依据。
