A new method of measuring density of matter is suggested. The volumes of infusible matter, fusible matter, hydrophilic matter, and solid with small granular are measured by using determinator of ratio of specific heat of gas.

提出了一种测量物质密度的新方法，即利用气体比热容比测定仪，既可测量不溶性物质的体积，又可测量可溶性物质的体积，还可测量吸水性物质的体积，特别是可以测量小粒状固体的体积。

Methods: Determining paeoniflorin content by high performance liquid chromatography measurement conditions: mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.4% phosphoric acid solution (volume ratio 13∶87; detection wavelength 230 nm; flow rate 1.0 mL/min; and column temperature 25℃; and determining polysaccharide content by anthrone-sulfuric acid method. The extraction procedure of Langchuangling granule was measured, and the evaluated indexes were the rate of dry extra, contents of the paeoniflorin and the total polysaccharide with L9 (34) orthogonal test and preferential treatment of data.

采用高效液相色谱（high performance liquid chromatography，HPLC）法测定芍药苷含量［测定条件：流动相为乙腈-0.4%的磷酸水溶液（体积比为13∶87）；检测波长230 nm；流速1.0 mL/min；柱温25℃］；采用硫酸-蒽酮法测定总多糖含量，并以干浸膏得率、总多糖含量和芍药苷含量为指标，采用L9（34）正交实验，用综合评分法处理数据优选水提取工艺。

Methods: Raw,SGaw,FEV_1 and FVC were measured using body plethysmograph and after Salbutamol Aerosol were inhaled in 70 asthmatic patients,the changes of the above parameters were observed.Results: There was significant difference in Raw,SGaw and FEV_1 before and after inhalation of Salbutamol Aerosol(P.001,P.001 and P.05 respectively),but there was no significant difference in FVC.

Methods; Rat HSCs were treated with 0.4% fetal calf serum/DMEM for 48 hours and divided into the control group and experiment groups. HSCs in the control group were treated with 10% FCS, and HSCs in the experiment groups were treated with 10% FCS and low anticoagulative activity heparin with different concentrations (8 g/L, 40 g/L, 200 g/L, 1000 g/L, 5000 g/L). MTT reduction assay was used to evaluate the effect of low anticoagulative activity heparin on the growth of rat HSCs.

ResultThe maximumabsorption wavelength of reaction solution was about 720nm.The fermentation volume,adding the activated carbonor not,pHvalue of reaction solution and so on had no great effect onthe determinationresults and they could increase the screening efficiency.The effect of ultrasonic treatment for20min was obvious.When50ml volumetric flask was used,the suitable sampling volume was 2.5ml.It was better to centrifugate the fermentationliquid and the supernatant could be taken after standing inthe determination when necessary.

结果反应液最大吸收波长在720nm左右；发酵体积、加入活性碳与否、反应液的pH值等对测定结果影响不大，在筛选时可大大提高效率；超声波处理20min效果明显；在用50ml容量瓶进行定容时，取样体积以2.5ml为宜；对发酵液进行离心效果更好些，但在必要的情况下，可静置后取上清测定。

Densities of glycylglycine in sucrose-water mixed solvent have been measured at 288.15, 298.15 and 308.15 K by Anton Paar DMA55 vibrating-tube digital densimeter. The apparent molar volume VΦ, limiting partial molar volume , partial molar volumes of transfer Δtrs from water to sucrose-water mixed solvent and the hydration numbers Nh for glycylglycine have been calculated.

Every group rats were divided into two parts with the same rats. At last the rats were redivided ,then them were killed and their brains were excluded after one hour.4 hours or one week.Results PO2 and cerebral blood flow of E-selectin 2mg/kg group were higher than that of saline and lower than that of l0mg/kggroup(p.01).The volume of cerebral infarct and blood speed of E-selectin 2mg/kg group was smaller than that of saline and larger than that of l0mg/kg group(p.01).At the same time PCh.speeds.flows and the volume of infarct were related with the time (p.01).Conclusion E-selectin can effectively increase PC2 and rCBF after ischemia and reperfusion .reducing infarct volumes and speeds of blood at the same time . Artificial synthetic E-selectin can effectively reduce the reperfusion injury following cerebral ischemia.

Based on the actual conditions of the 5342 fully mechanized caving face of Wulan Coal Mine, the 3-D distribution of gas in the face is tested by measuring points arrangement in the stereo grid. The isograms of gas distribution of the face are drawn. Gas concentration nadir distribution curve along the working face incline direction is drawn by method of seeking function minimum points. The method of calculating gas emission components ratio of the face by means of the curve is brought forward.

针对乌兰煤矿5342综放工作面的实际条件，采用立体网格状的测点布置，对该工作面瓦斯体积分数三维分布进行了测定，绘出了瓦斯分布等值线图，采用求函数极值点的方法，得出了工作面沿倾向瓦斯体积分数最低点分布曲线，提出了基于瓦斯体积分数最低点分布函数的瓦斯涌出分量比例计算方法。
