对测定结果的生态学意义进行了分析，依据测定结果，将形成灌木层的植物划分为4个生态联结种组：俄罗斯金雀花＋璎珞柏、欧洲白蜡＋欧洲白榆、疣枝卫矛＋欧洲荚迷＋黄忍冬＋欧榛子＋黑茶镳子＋稠李＋欧洲赤杨。

The cytolytic activity of CTL and NK were detected by variable MTT method. The content of IL-2 and IFN-γ in serum were measured by ELISA.

取MMC处理的colon26细胞、colon26/pMKITneo细胞和colon26/4-1BBL细胞，分别腹腔免疫BALB/c小鼠，采用改良MTT法测定CTL和NK细胞杀伤活性，取血清用ELISA法测定IL-2、IFN-γ下含量。

3测定NE、MTT、LDH、ET-1、ICAM-1、Tie-2 mRNA均显示：氧糖剥夺/复氧复糖过程能对BMEC造成损伤，I/R组与NC组比较有明显的统计学差异(p.05)；中性粒细胞能加重对BMEC的损伤，I/R组与I/R+PMN组之间比较亦有统计学差异(p.05)；西维来司钠处理后，血管内皮细胞的损伤明显减轻，I/R+PMN组与I/R+PMN+SIR组比较有统计学差异(p.05)，并且NE测定以及MTT、LDH实验提示在西维来司钠三个剂量组之间存在明显的量-效关系，其对BMEC的保护作用有剂量依赖性。
