GPS has been widely adapted as the main positioning tool nowadays after development for more than 20 years with a new generation updating. The applications of areas and prospects dimension of GPS have exceeded its original purpose. It has become a very important technical method and solution way in almost every field of transportation, communication, metrology, aerologic and so on.

全球定位系统GPS作为新一代的卫星导航定位系统，经过二十多年的发展，已发展成为一种被广泛采用的系统，它的应用领域和应用前景已远远超出了该系统设计者当初的设想，目前，它在航空、航天、军事、交通、运输、源勘探、通信、气象等几乎所有的领域中，都被作为一项非常重要的技术手段和方法，用来进行导航、定时、定位、地球物理参数测定和大气物理参数测定等。

The diurnal variation of photosynthesis of Lindera aggregata was studied by the LCA-4 Portable Photosynthesis System under natural conditions on clear days of mid-August. The results were as follows.

用LCA-4型便携式光合测定仪；在自然条件下；于8月上旬的晴朗天气对乌药叶片光合作用日进程进行测定。

The content of mineral elements in ripe fruits of M.sieversii from 78 seedings at Mohe Town,Gongliu Country were analyzed using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer.The results indicated that M.sieversii seedings presented considerable genetic variations in content of mineral elements with the range of variation coefficients from 24.2% to 54.0%.So it has large potential for further selection.Four elite seedlings were selected,namely large fruit type,high Ca content type,high Zn content type and high damascenone content.As the predominant component of Ily wild fruit tree forest,Malus sieversii had occupied an area of 9300ha.But the inherent reproduction system of M.sieversii and genetic diversity of the species were destructed in different degrees,as a result of farming assart,over grazing and damage by Agrilus mali.

上述结果支持&新疆野苹果可能是栽培苹果祖先种&的结论；②对巩留县莫舍乡的新疆野苹果78个实生株系果肉组织Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn6种矿质营养元素进行测定的结果表明，每种矿质元素含量单株间差异显著，变异系数在24.2％～54.0％，遗传多样性丰富，进一步选择的潜力很大；③根据新疆野苹果果实形态、香味物质和矿质元素含量等的测定结果，初步筛选出了大果型、高钙型、高锌型和大马酮型等4个特异性状单株；④调查发现，由于农田开垦、过度放牧以及苹果小吉丁虫的蔓延危害，目前伊犁野果林面积逐年减少，野苹果固有的繁育体系和遗传多样性受到不同程度的破坏。

The aim of this study was to reveal the adaptation response of limestone plants to light and water. The light response curves of limestone plants Alchornea trewioides, Bauhinia championii, Pteroceltis tatarinowii, Sapium rotundi folium were measured with Licor-6400 Photosynthesis Analyzer in Karst area, and parameters of photosynthesis were simulated by non-rectangle hyperbolae function.

The determination of cytokinin levels is a primary and basic approach in the cytokinin studies. The Amaranthus betacyanin bioassay was modified for the rapid and convenient determination of cytokinin activity. Meanwhile, the procedures for quantitative analyses of cytokinins by HPLC and ELISA were estabolished, and these gurantee the analyses of cytokinin levels with high precision.
