目的 应用二道血流速度流量仪超声探头测定大鼠颈总动脉，以反映云南省昭通制药有限公司提供的天麻醒脑胶囊对脑血流量的影响；方法记录小鼠断头后张口喘气时间，观察天麻醒脑胶囊的抗脑缺血缺氧作用；小鼠尾静脉注射Evans溶液，测定脑组织Evans的吸光度以反映药物的血脑通透性。
