Objective To study the diagnostic value of adenosine deaminasein all kinds of the pa-tients with liver disease.Methods 212patients of hepatitis in our hospital were selected,135cases were male,and75were female,the average age was（39.6±5.2）years old,in other hand,100blood donors were selected as con-trol group,the value of ADA and the conventional item such as GGT,ALT were determining and a contradistinctive analysis were conducted.Results The item of ADA and the conventional item such as GGT,ALTwere not different in the patients of different kind of liver disease,especially in the patients of chronic persistent hepatitis and chronic active hepatitis,the value of positive rate were92.0%and28.9%,respectively.

目的 测定各类型肝脏疾病病人血清腺苷脱氨酶（adenosine deaminase，ADA）活性值，分析ADA测定结果在各种肝脏疾病中的不同变化，评价ADA测定在肝脏疾病诊断中的应用价值；方法以在我院感染科住院肝炎病人共212例为检测对象，其中男性135例，女性75例，平均年龄（39.6±5.2）岁，以献血员100例为正常对照，对其ADA测定结果进行统计分析，并与传统肝功能检测项目做对比研究；结果 ADA和传统肝功能检测指标在不同类型肝脏疾病中测定值和阳性率各有所不同，特别在慢性活动性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎中的阳性检出率有显著不同，分别为92.0%和28.9%，有显著差异（P.01）。

The main works of this paper are as follows:(1) The various methods for determining the cryolite ratio of electrolyte were summarized and compared. The phase constituents of aluminium electrolyte system were studied, the various cryolite ratio definitions for this reason were discussed.

The research indicates that:(1) detecting λmax (277nm) can identify Metronidazole Buccal Tablets prepared by Chongqing Medical College;(2) detecting λmax (321nm) and λmin (265nm) can identify Metronidazole Disodium Phosphate for Injection prepared by Chongqing Medical College;(3) detecting tr (6.7min) in HPLC-UV spectrum can identify Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection prepared by Chongqing Keru Pharmacy Co.;(4) detecting tR (10.2min) 6.7min in HPLC-UV spectrum can identify Clarithromycin Tablets prepared by Harebin Yida Pharmacy Co.;(5) detecting λmax (254nm) can identify Potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan Drographolide Succinate prepared by Hong Kong Yaohen Co..

结果表明：①测定紫外最大吸收波长λ_(max277nm可鉴别重庆医科大学医药研究所制备的甲硝唑口颊片；②测定紫外最大吸收波长λ_(max321nm和最小吸收波长λ_(min265nm可鉴别重庆医科大学医药研究所制备的注射用甲硝唑磷酸二钠；③测定HPLC-UV中的保留时间(t_R6.7min)可鉴别重庆科瑞制药股份有限公司制备的注射用头孢曲松钠；④测定高效液相色谱的保留时间(t_R10.2min)可鉴别哈尔滨伊达制药厂提供的克拉霉素片；⑤测定紫外最大吸收波长(又max254nm)可鉴别香港耀恒公司提供的炎琉宁。

本文论述了川附子非金属元素的分析：用ICP—AES法测定S、P和Si；离子色谱法测定Cl、S、P；极谱法和HG-AFS法测定痕量砷；ICP-AES和荧光法测定硒；GB法测定氯、氟和碘。

In the biochemical analysis aspect, it is first time to use the simple fluorescence spectrophotometer to determine the protein in human serum by red alizarin as the probe of the RLS. The experiment shows that the system HSA-red alizarin has the maximum intensity of the RLS in Britton-Robison buffer of pH4.10 at maximum wavelength of about 360nm. The method has better linear range within 0.040-10.0ug/mL, determination limit is 0.040ug/mL. Moreover, We have selected three other dyes of chromotrope 2R, acid chrome dark blue and pyrocatechin violet as the probes of the RLS in determining protein in human serum and achieving satisfactory results.

在生化分析方面，作者首次使用简易960型荧光分光光度计，利用茜素红作为共振光散射光谱探针对人血清中的蛋白质含量进行了测定，测定结果显示在pH4.10的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液，波长360nm处出现最大的共振光散射强度，其线性范围为0.040～10.0μg／mL，检出限为0.040μg／mL；另外，作者还筛选了其他三种可用作蛋白质测定的共振光散射光谱探针的有机染料：变色酸2R、酸性铬深蓝、邻苯二酚紫，并深入研究了测定的适宜条件和干扰情况，将这三种有机染料用于人血清中蛋白质含量的测定，均取得了满意结果。

A new method of disease area mensuration and the percentage of diseases area of tea leaves with computer has been established by using Photoshop software to scan many leaves at the same time, and the further investigation also has been fulfilled. The results showed that when scanned with resolution 150 dpi,there were be short time to scanning and less disk space beenoccupied, and the effect as same as scanned with high -resolution. The results of disease area mensuration and percentage of diseases area of tea leaves using the new method also as same as the results using artificial mensuration, and the efficiency of the new method is much higher than the efficiency of artificial method.

摘 要：建立了通过对茶树叶片进行扫描，利用Photoshop软件同时获得多张叶片及其受害部位的像素值，从而快速计算茶树叶片受害面积以及受害面积百分率的测定方法，并对此方法进行了系统的研究，结果表明：扫描分辨率为150dpi时，扫描时间和存储占用空间较优，测定效果和高分辨率扫描效果基本一致，该方法测定结果与人工测定结果无显著差异，其效率远远高于人工测定。

The optimal measuring conditions were investigated. The results indicated that the catalytic reaction to Pt and bromocresol purple was the first-order reaction. The apparent activation energy was 217.4kJ/mol and the maximum absorption wavelength of fading reaction was at 434 nm. The linear range of Pt was 0.16-4.0μg/L and the detection limit was 2.5×10^(-11)g/mL.
