After 24 hours, all rats were anesthetized again and their left common carotid arteries were cannulated to facilitate blood withdrawal for serum sample. The contents of tumor necrosis factor-a and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum were determined before and after experiment by ELISA; the activity of superoxide dismutase and content of malondialdehyde were determined by xanthinoxidanse method and modified TBA microdetermination. The content of NO2(superscript -)/NO3(superscript -), and activity of nitric oxide synthase and inducible NOS were determined by nitrate reductase method, and chemical chromogenic reaction, respectively; the immunoglobulin G, IgA, IgM and complement 3 (C3) and C4 were determined by immunoprecipitation method before and after experiment.

实验评估：手术创伤后24h进行采用酶联免疫吸附法测定实验前后血清肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素6含量；应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定超氧化物歧化酶活性、改良TBA微量法测定丙二醛水平；以硝酸还原酶法、化学显色法分别检测NO2/NO3浓度及一氧化氮合酶、诱导型一氧化氮合酶活胜；以免疫比浊法经全自动生化分析仪检测血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM、IgA及补体C3、C4含量。

In this article, three kinds of prealloy powder were developed by water atomization method. The base attribute, pattern, phase composition, differential thermal analysis of powder were researched. Sintered density, hardness, bend strength, Young's modulus were researched as hot pressed sintering temperature changing. By using abrasive wearing equipment upbuilt by the authors, the wear resistance were determined. Green-pressing density, simulated green-pressing strength and bonding momental of high frequency brazing were assayed. SEM corrosion structure and SEM appearance of fracture were observed.

本文采用水雾化法开发了三种预合金代钴粉末：对粉末的基本属性、形貌，粉末的相组成，粉末的差热性进行了分析研究；测定了它们的烧结密度、硬度、抗弯强度、弹性模量随热压烧结温度变化的规律；采用作者自行建立的磨料磨损试验方法，测定了它们的质量磨损百分率；测定了它们的冷压生坯密度、模拟生坯强度以及高频钎焊的结合力矩；观察了热压烧结SEM腐蚀组织和SEM断口形貌。

Then, the multidentate amine immobilized on silica gel was used as ligand for CuCl in ATRA of CCl_4 with MMA and methyl trichloroacetate with St repeatly. The conversion and purity of the product were determined through the gas chromatography and ~1H NMR respectively. Finally, the multidentate amine immobilized on silica gel was used as ligand for CuCl in ATRP of St initiated by TCPP and MMA initiated by MMTCB. The number average molecular weights of the polymers were determined through GPC.

试验方法及所测指标如下：于产后第七天到第十四天记录日产奶量，最后计算每组平均日产奶量；每组随机抽取分娩后第七天、第十四天的奶样，测定乳糖、乳蛋白、乳脂、乳锌含量及乳体细胞数；于产后第七天，随机采取奶牛血样，测定血清中PRL含量；于发情周期的当天和第12天，随机采取血样，测定血清中雌二醇(Estradiol，E2)和孕酮(Progesterone，P)的浓度；记录奶牛的分娩情况、犊牛初生重、产后第一次发情日期、产后发情周期，并采用人工授精技术进行受精，记录第一情期受胎率，最后取平均值，作为衡量奶牛繁殖性能的指标。
