It is the first time to study concealed tectonism by remote sensing、 geochemistry、geogas、radiometric Rn in Shitingjiang area. And discover WN-ES concealed fault. And form germinative lozeng fault depression in the end of left folded area of left lateral strike-slip fault.

对石亭江地区隐伏构造进行研究中，首次应用遥感、地球化学、地气法、测氡法，发现北西—南东向的走滑断层，在左行走滑断层尾部的左叠覆区形成萌芽阶段的菱形断陷。

Diabetes was induced by streptozotocin (55 mg/kg body wt by intraperitoned injection) which was dissolved in citric acid-phosphate buffer PH4. 4 and verified 24 hours later by the presence of hyperglycemia and hyperglycosuria.

糖尿病模型制备方法按55mg／kg STZ剂量向大鼠腹腔内一次性注射链脲佐菌素（Streptozotocin，STZ），STZ予先溶于PH4.4的柠檬酸—磷酸氢二钠缓冲液中，制成浓度为20mg／ml溶液。24h后测尿糖和血糖，尿糖在+++和++++，血糖在16mmol／l以上者确定为糖尿病。

据岩石组合、基本层序特征，结合生物化石鉴定和同位素测年结果，红柳河地区海西期物质建造由红柳河群海相碎屑岩、碳酸盐岩、火山岩建造和陆相磨拉石建造组成，主期变形形成主干褶皱———红柳河向斜及伴生构造，变形机制为纵弯褶皱作用兼具一定压扁特点，总挤压收缩率达 40 %～ 70 %，反映了造山后强烈陆内收缩变形特点。

Method］ With filter paper as the sole carbon source, a Myxobacteria CMC0606 was obtained; through observing its morphology, 16S rDNA cloning and sequencing, the bacteria was identified; adding XAD-16 into fermentation broth, crude extracts of fermentation products were obtained.

方法］以滤纸为唯一碳源，得到1株粘细菌CMC0606；通过观察其形态及16S rDNA克隆与测序进行菌种鉴定；向其发酵液中加入大孔吸附树脂XAD-16，收获发酵产物粗提物。

Concentrations of dissolved Mn, Zn, Cu and Pb increased generally with depth, reflecting the effects of resuspension and lateral transport of bottom sediment.

由溶解态Mn、Zn、Cu与Pb同一测站浓度随深度增加而递增的变化，显示有侧向传输与底部释出的来源。

The author has accomplished the following tasks:1. presented the general scheme of the profile measuring system;2. presented four methods of laser collimation, realized 3 of them with the software of ZEMAX, and meted the requirement of the system design;3. realized the laser beam expanding from point-laser to line-laser wide enough to cover the flange trackside;4. after image grabbing and processing, picked up the profile of the train wheel.

作者独立完成的工作包括： 1、提出了曲面测量的光学系统的整体方案； 2、提出了四种激光扩束的方案，用光学设计软件ZEMAX完成了其中三种的设计；经过像差分析和追迹，达到了准直扩束的要求； 3、点光源到线光源的单方向扩展，达到了覆盖轮缘踏面的要求； 4、通过实验采集图像和图像处理，提取出被测轮缘的轮廓。
