Based on different filtering accuracy,micron rating(20,55,100,200 μm),and different dosages of chemicals added to the influent,the parameter differences such as turbidity,suspended solids content,FPI value,head loss,filtration cycle,flux,backwash,etc.are compared and studied.

针对不同过滤精度(20、55、100、200μm)的叠片，在不同的加药量下，比较研究了两种过滤器进出水的浊度和悬浮固体含量、周期产水量、FPI值、水头损失、流量、反洗等工艺性能参数差异，试验结果表明，两种过滤器的性能大体相近。

采用并联式的过滤系统，对国产的亚高牌叠片式过滤器与以色列arkal公司的叠片式过滤器进行了工艺性能比较试验。针对不同过滤精度(20、55、100、200μm)的叠片，在不同的加药量下，比较研究了两种过滤器进出水的浊度和悬浮固体含量、周期产水量、fpi值、水头损失、流量、反洗等工艺性能参数差异，试验结果表明，两种过滤器的性能大体相近。

It is concluded by the research that: it is viable to achieve the proposed treatmentobjectives to the alga concentrated feeding water during the peaking summer season,such as, lower turbidity, control of residual aluminum and pH, equivalent performanceof pre-chlorination, only if dosing chlorine dioxide as pre-oxidation algaecide,ploy-aluminum as coagulant, HCA as flocculant, without the needs of modification toexisting water treatment facilities.

Isolations of the s.aureus soluble peptidoglycan and quality control:(1) the s.aureus soluble peptidoglycan was released by short dose benzylpenicillin sodium and purified by sephadex G-100.(2) The quality control in the process of isolation: the soluble peptidoglycan was detected by SLP reagent kit; the LPS was detected by kinetic turbidimetric limulus test;and the protein was detected by improved LOWRY reagent kit.

The soluble peptidoglycan is gained by short dose benzylpenicillin sodium and sephadex G-100; the SLP reagent kit revealed the prepared soluble peptidoglycan is peptidoglycan; the limulus test showed that the content of LPS in the prepared soluble peptidoglycan(10ng/ml) is lower (0.01ng/ml); the improved LOWRY reagent kit showed the content of protein in the prepared soluble peptidoglycan(1.0mg/ml) was 0.06mg/ml; the optimization condition is 0.75mg/ml of the dosage of benzylpenicillin sodium,1h of the incubation time of benzylpenicillin sodium addition and 5×108CFU/ml of the bacterial concentration.
