The metal mold design nowadopt a form of one mole but six cayities ,this way can improve theefficiency;the mold's joint face is theball's neutral plane,that makes the mold openedconvenient;In the gating,the runner and the riser is the same ,andthis design adopt scum riser,that make sure a better routing andmake sure the casting's feeding;the mold usegravity to lockwasher itself;the core's materialis quartz sand,and spread high tempearature resistant dope on it;Inthe design, same taper in the guide bush of the core box is neededto make sure open the mold easily;The insert blocks of the core boxare made by numercial control processing,this way reduce the costof production; the scale division positioner make sure the samespecification has better interchangeability,also,as all themachining can be finished on the general machine tool,it make thecost low,so it can be spreaded abundant in the medium and minorenterprise;when workout the mold's processingtechnology,this design adopt the rough's two endplane as benchmark,the ball cavities are machined by scale divisionpositioner;then use Autocad,Pro/e to draw planar and threedimension blueprint,use Pro/e to make three-dimensionalanimation.

本次设计的群铸模具采用一模六腔形式，生产效率高；模具分型面选择磨球的中性面，使得分模方便；浇注系统采用浇冒口一体形式和集渣包设计，保证了良好的加工工艺和补缩；锁模方式为重力锁模；砂芯采用石英砂，并在表层涂以耐高温涂料；芯盒导套选择一定的锥度，使取模容易；芯盒镶块运用数控加工，降低了生产成本；分度胎具保证了同种规格模具具有良好的互换性，而且因为所有加工基本都可以在普通机床上完成，生产成本低，可以为中小型企业普遍采用；在加工工艺编制过程中，采用两端面互为基准，球腔用专业夹具加工；Autocad，Pro/e分别制作了模具的二维和三维立体图，并运用Pro/e制作了三维动画演示。

ABSTRACT: This design elaborated the patch cord plank outer covering plastic parts injection mold design process, including the cavity quantity and deciding the arrangement of the cavity, selecting the machine for injection, the feed system design, choosing the molding boards and their standardized parts, design core-pulling outfit and formed accessories and so on, the basically design flow and the process of injection-mold design based on Pro/E was illustrated.

摘 要：本次设计阐述了插线板外壳塑料零件的注射模设计过程，包括型腔数量和布局的确定、注射机选择、浇注系统设计、模板及标准件的选用、脱模及抽芯机构的设计、成型零件的设计等，阐述了采用Pro/E进行注塑模具设计的基本流程以及模具各部分结构的设计过程。

摘要分析了香水盖外壳塑件的结构特点，叙述了该塑件成型工艺、注射模的结构和工作原理，其原理是：采用定距螺钉和弹簧进行二次分型，用斜导柱外侧抽芯，型芯顶出零件，进料时采用潜伏式浇口进料形式，当开模的时候，用球头拉料杆把浇注系统凝料顶出，然后利用型芯内抽推板推出塑件，合模时用弹簧先复位，然后进行下一次成型开始。
