Results: The location and qualitative accuracy of MSCT was 100%,97% respectively. The accuracy for TNM preoperative staging was 69.7%, 78.8%, 100%. The sensitivity and specificity of invading tunica serosa was 77.8%, 33.3%. The sensitivity and specificity of lymph node metastasis was 80.9%, 75%.

结果：MSCT对引起梗阻的肿瘤定位、定性准确率分别为100%、97%，对其TNM分期的准确率为69.7%、78.8%、100%，对其浆膜外侵犯的敏感性和特异性分别为77.8%、33.3%，对淋巴结转移的敏感性和特异性分别为80.9%、75%。

ResultsThirty-one cases of intramural myoma with hysterauxesis;2 cases of submucous myoma with orbicular-ovate space-occupying mass in cavitary uteri;4 cases of subserous myoma withh CT features of clear and lobulated mass or round mass at the edge of the uterus.ConclusionCT shows the location,size of hysteromyom,and the relationship with the uterus clearly,can also provides a clinical diagnosis to doctors.

结果：壁间肌瘤31例，主要表现为子宫增大；黏膜下子宫肌瘤2例，表现为宫腔内卵圆形占位性肿块；浆膜下肌瘤4例，主要征象是子宫肿块呈明显分叶状或子宫边缘的圆形肿块；结论：CT对子宫肌瘤的位置、大小以及与子宫的关系显示比较明确，给临床医生提供重要的诊断依据。

Results The intramural capillary lymphatics of rat's rectum were observed in deep lamina propria of tunica membrane and the dermal papilla layer of anal pectin. The intramural capillary lymphatics and lymphatics were both observed in tela submucosa, reticular layer, hypodermis and intermuscular and serosa. The capillary lymphatics in rectums' wall have the similar ultrastructure feature to normal ones. Three kinds of endothelial cells junctions are overlapping junctions, embedding-junctions and end to-end-type junctions. About 21% of cell-junctions are opening types. There are normal organelles and many vesicals in the endothelial of capillary lymphatics.

结果 直肠壁内的毛细淋巴管见於黏膜固有层深部和肛梳区真皮乳头层；在黏膜下层和肛梳区的网状层、皮下组织以及肌层和浆膜层内均有毛细淋巴管和淋巴管，直肠壁内毛细淋巴管的超微结构具有一般毛细淋巴管超微结构的特点，内皮细胞连接有重叠、嵌插和端端连接3种类型，处於开放状态约占21%；胞质内含有一般的细胞器，幷含有大量的囊泡。

Here we report a 22year-old man who suffered from recurrent fever accompanied by chest and abdominal pain for more than 10 years. The attack frequency was about once per 23 weeks. Although he consulted many clinics and even received appendectomy at the age of 15, no definite diagnosis was given. During the admission, many laboratory examinations failed to show any abnormality except mild leukocytosis and elevated C-reaction protein. Image studies including chest X ray and abdominal CT scan showed negative result but, interestingly, Gallium-67 scan showed a hot spot in right lower chest and right lower abdomen. After prophylaxis with colchicines 1.0 mg per day, he has enjoyed more than 2 years without the above symptoms.
