Measurement of ADA in the effusion of tuberculous serous cavity fluidify is widely used as a fast, convenient, safe and effective adjunctive diagnostic method of tubeculosis in clinic.

检测结核性浆膜腔积液患者渗出液中ADA活性水平是一个快速、方便、安全有效的结核辅助诊断方法。

Results Studies including randomized controlled trial or meta-analysis have performed to determine the level of ADA in the effusion of tuberculous serous cavity fluidify. These studies have sufficiently proved that ADA is a specific and sensitive method for the diagnosis of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Most of the studies have determined the optimal cut-off value of ADA in the effusion of tuberculous serous cavity fluidify.

结果 国内外有多个RCT和Meta分析评价了对结核性浆膜腔积液中ADA活性水平的诊断价值，现有证据表明ADA活性水平测定在各种肺外结核中的诊断敏感性和特异性都很高，各种肺外结核渗出液中ADA活性水平的最佳阈值为40IU/L左右。

But there still needed study on the pathomorphology, immunopathology, hematopathology, as well as the etiopathogenesis and immunologic function of duck infectious hydrohymenitis.

结论］该研究进展为临床诊治和免疫预防提供了科学依据，但对鸭传染性浆膜炎病理形态学、免疲病理学、血液病理学及其发病机理和免疫机能等仍需进一步研究。

Based on selection of patients,electric coagulation,separation and cutting was used for intramural myoma,broad ligament myoma,cervical myoma and subserous myoma respectively.It suggests that laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy is safe and feasible with little blood loss and short recovery in treating myoma.

Results The intramural capillary lymphatics of rat's rectum were observed in deep lamina propria of tunica membrane and the dermal papilla layer of anal pectin. The intramural capillary lymphatics and lymphatics were both observed in tela submucosa, reticular layer, hypodermis and intermuscular and serosa. The capillary lymphatics in rectums' wall have the similar ultrastructure feature to normal ones. Three kinds of endothelial cells junctions are overlapping junctions, embedding-junctions and end to-end-type junctions. About 21% of cell-junctions are opening types. There are normal organelles and many vesicals in the endothelial of capillary lymphatics.

结果 直肠壁内的毛细淋巴管见於黏膜固有层深部和肛梳区真皮乳头层；在黏膜下层和肛梳区的网状层、皮下组织以及肌层和浆膜层内均有毛细淋巴管和淋巴管，直肠壁内毛细淋巴管的超微结构具有一般毛细淋巴管超微结构的特点，内皮细胞连接有重叠、嵌插和端端连接3种类型，处於开放状态约占21%；胞质内含有一般的细胞器，幷含有大量的囊泡。

Upper gastric pain and melena presented frequently;protrude type lesions larger than 3cm were frequently localized in cardiac parts under gastroscope; poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma accounted for 47.58%;lesions larger than 3cm possessed higher probability of invading to placenta percreta and metastasis to lymph nodes;liver was the most common organ of metastasis by gastric cancer.

内镜下3厘米以上，隆起型病灶多见，好发于贲门部，低分化腺癌最常见（占52.47%），直径大于3厘米病灶侵及浆膜层及淋巴结转移率高。胃癌最常转移到肝脏。

Results: the positive rates of ck19 and ck20 in the anterior lobe of transverse mesocolon were 43.3% and 30.0% respectively, which were obviously higher than plc（10.0%）. the positive rate was increased with the depth of tumor invasion.

结果：ck19及ck20在胃癌患者横结肠系膜前叶中的表达阳性率分别为43.3％和30.0％，明显高于腹腔灌洗液细胞学检查法（10.0％），且阳性率因肿瘤侵出浆膜层而升高。

本文报导一例在超音波下以多囊性瘤表现之子宫浆膜的endosalpingiosis。

Before ovulation, the oviducal wall is the thickest, the simple tubular glands in lamina propria are filled with the jelly substance. After ovalation, the oviducal wall is the thinnest, the cells of the tubular glands becomes smaller. During ovulation, the lamina propria is thicker. Before ovulation and after ovalation, the change of serosa is not distinct.

产卵前，输卵管管壁最厚，固有层中的单管状腺充满胶质；产卵后输卵管管壁变薄，固有层腺体细胞缩小，粘膜层在产卵时比产卵前明显增厚；产卵前和产卵后浆膜层无明显变化，产卵时厚度明显变薄。
