Methods Twelve patients with open maxillary or frontal sinus defects have been repaired with this type of flap. The homolateral superficial temporal vessels were used as nutritional vein to form the temporal fascia island flap of the top superficial temporal artery and the island skin flap of the frontal superficial temporal artery.

Methods:Lower abdominal flaps were formed by using iliolumbar flaps with the superficial iliac and superficial epigastric blood vessels as the pedicles. They were co－pedicled and bilobate flaps, which were cut thin to form subcutaneous vascular net flaps with axis blood vessels. The flaps were used to repair complete dismantled injuries of two fingers.

METHODS: Frozen fresh knees of cadavers were dissected gradually. Structural composition of MCL was observed, and the length and width of superficial and deep layers of the MCL were measured. The position, shape, size of the attachment points and their relationships were observed, and the tensity of the superficial and deep layers of MCL and posteromedial articular capsule were observed during flexion and extension of the knee, from which their functions were deduced.
