流行性腮腺炎

Abstract］ Objective To understand the effects of ribavirin with the basis treatment for mumps with meningitis.Methods The hospitalized cases were divided into the ribavirin treatment group and the basis treatment group.Observed the time of pyretolysis,headache,parotid gland detumescence.

目的 了解利巴韦林合并基础治疗流行性腮腺炎并发脑膜炎的疗效方法将住院病例分联合治疗组和基础治疗组，观察退热、头痛、腮腺消肿的时间。

Results The time in ribavirin treatment group of pyretolysis,headache disappearance,parotid gland detumescence was significantly shortened.It compared with the basis of the treatment group had a significant difference.

结果 流行性腮腺炎并发脑膜炎经利巴韦林治疗后，其退热、头痛消失、腮腺肿大消退时间明显缩短，与基础治疗组比较差异有统计学意义。
