A fluidized drying method was used to research the drying characteristic of zymotic orange peels, and a experimental equipment of fluidized drying bed was built, the influence to the drying characteristic of drying parameters such as air temperature, air velocity, particle diameters, the height of bed layer and the initial moisture content etc, are analyzed.

采用流态化干燥方法对发酵柑橘皮渣的干燥进行实验研究，建立一个小型的流化床干燥试验台，分析了各干燥参数如风温、风速、颗粒粒径、床层高度以及初始含湿率对发酵柑橘皮渣干燥特性的影响。

Methods 79 cases of chronic respiratory failure were divided into 2 groups randomly: control group (34 cases) were given general treatment, including anti－ inflammatory, antitussive, apophlegmatic, cardiac tonic, diuretic agents, et al; solcoseryl group received solcoseyl for 14 days besides general treatment. Hemorheologic indexes of both groups were detected before and after therapy.

79例慢阻肺、肺心病发展而来的慢性呼衰病人随机分为两组：对照组 34例，予以抗炎、止咳化痰、强心利尿、改善心肺功能的综合治疗；治疗组在综合治疗基础上予以血活素 15ml＋生理盐水 200ml，静滴，疗程 14天，两组在治疗前后测定血液流变学指标（包括高低切全血粘度，红细胞变形指数及电泳时间，血小板粘附率等）。

RESULTS:The SP and VIP content was evidently reduced in the treatment group compared to the model group; whole blood viscosity of blood rheology index, fibrinogen viscosity and packed cell volume were reduced in the treatment group as compared to the model group, which could evidently inhibit auricular swelling in mice and arthroncus in rats, raise the percentage of pain threshold, phagocytic index and rate of celiac macrophage and effect the spleen, the peripheral immune organ in mice.

结果：治疗组SP、VIP较模型组明显降低；血液流变学指标全血粘度、纤维蛋白粘度、红细胞压积测定，治疗组较模型组降低；能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀和大鼠关节肿胀；提高小鼠痛阈百分率；提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬指数和吞噬率；对外周免疫器官脾脏有明显影响。

The apoptosis rates of H22 ascitic cells were analyzed with flow cytometry 9 and 12 days after injection of H22 cells and the proliferation index was calculated.
