Results: The growth of NB4 cells was inhibited significantly after treated with berbamine at different concentrations for different time points, the IC50 value was 3.860μg/ml at 48 hours. Morphology analysis showed the characteristics of apoptosis, and the DNA agarose electrophoresis showed the typical DNA ladder. The apoptosis rate increased from 2.83% to 58.44% after treated with berbamine at 12μg/ml for 18 hours. The expression of PML-RARα mRNA presented no significant changes, however, Survivin mRNA was decreased dramatically.

结果：经不同浓度小檗胺处理不同时间后，NB4细胞生长出现明显的抑制，并呈现明显的时间剂量依赖性，48h IC50为3.860μg/ml；细胞形态学观察可见细胞凋亡现象，DNA琼脂糖电泳显示典型的凋亡梯形图：流式细胞仪检测发现细胞凋亡率明显增加，经48h作用后，凋亡率从2.83%增至12μg/ml时的58.44%；虽未发现药物作用后PML/RARα基因表达量的改变，但检测到NB4细胞经药物作用后Survivin基因表达量的减少和Caspase3表达的增加，Caspse3阳性率从对照组的2.06%增至12μg/ml时的70.89%。

Given the same total flow effusion from holes, the results show that the heat shield gets a higher average cooling effectiveness when the opening ratio is 3% compared with 6%; cooling effectiveness is sensitive to the height of ripple board, the heat shield gets the highest cooling effectiveness when the dimensionless height of ripple board is 1% compared with 2% and 3.33%; but there is a little influence on the cooling effectiveness of the liner with the change of the diameter of holes and the height of cooling passage.

In order to search for the measure to increase the energy dissipation ratio of stepped spillways,some main influence factors on the energy dissipation ratio of stepped spillways,such as unit discharge, dam slope ,height of step and so on,have been studied.

The results showed that tillage had stronger compaction effect on Red soil. By analyzing retention properties, water content was higher in the same suction for Red soil. Field capacity and wilting coefficient were higher for Red soil than those for Lou soil, but effective moisture and saturated hydraulic conductivity were lower for Red soil. For Red soil, Lateral infiltration ability was stronger, infiltration rate was greater than one number degree for Lou soil and preferential flow occurred easily.

结果表明：耕作片红壤有较强的压实作用；从持水特征分析，同一吸力下红壤的含水量较高，田间持水量和凋萎系数也高于塿土，而有效水含量略低于塿土，饱和导水率却低于塿土1个数量级；从入渗特征分析，红壤的侧渗能力很强，入渗率比塿土高1个数量级，容易发生大孔隙流。

3The transience multiphase flow software was employed for simulating pipeline's slug flow behavior in this paper. The computational results of OLGA have been interpretted by relevant theory.The changes of pressure and holdup in the slug flow analyzed were explained, and its inherent regularity was also revealed in detail.Through which, the cause to slug flow was found out, and the flow type of slug could be suppress or controlled effectively.
