On the respect of partially-premixed combustion research, we systematically studied the structure of partially-premixed flames in counter-flow and coaxial jet flow by using direct calculation and flamelet modeling.

在部分预混燃烧研究方面，本文结合火焰面模型和直接求解的方法，在对撞射流流场和同轴伴流流场中系统研究了部分预混火焰的结构特征，提出以预混燃料的当量比和当量混合标量耗散率作为描述部分预混火焰结构变化的参量的观点，并比较了它和非预混火焰的异同。

Divergence variation of snow storm indicated that the formation of negative divergent variation in lower-layer predicted the shear convergence and the snow storm generation. Nongeostrophic vorticity and divergence of wind advection contributed to the divergence variation largely.

暴雪切变线的散度变率诊断表明，低层散度负变率带及中心的生成和发展预示着未来时期内切变线辐合区的形成和发展及暴雪天气的发生，其中非地转涡度和风速平流的散度项对散度变率的贡献较大。

RESULTS A eukaryotic expression system for high expression humanmutantCD59 were successfully set up : The recombinant PALTER-MAX plasmid containing human mutantCD59 cDNA and PCDNA plasmid were co-transfected into CHO cell by cation lipoid mediating method ;and the cells were grown in F12 medium containing 400ug/ml G418 for 14 days, positive clones were grown in RPMI1640 medium to get stable expressing cell lines . Highly expressing clones were selected by flow cytometry ,and were named PALTER-CD59-CHO1PALTER-CD59-CHO2 . Flow cytometry indicated that expression rates of PALTER-CD59-CHO1 and PALTER-CD59-CHO2 were 53.7%and 54.5%. Further more, Stable highly expressing CHO cell lines were more detected by immunocytochemistry and immunofluorescence technology . PALTER-CD59 -CHO1 and PALTER-CD59-CHO2 were grown in RPMI1640 to get a large of cells . CD59 protein were obtained by spalling PALTER- CD59- CHO1 and PALTER - CD59 - CHO2 cells . Stable highly expressing cells were further validated by SDS-PAGE, immunoblot analysis and solid enzyme immunoassay . PALTER - CD59 - CHO1 and PALTER - CD59 - CHO2 were glycated in RPMI1640 of 50mM ribose for 72 hours .BCECF releasing test indicted that the releasing rate of PALTER-CD59-CHO1 or PALTER-CD59-CHO2 was less high than PALTER-CHO ,and the releasing rate of glycated PALTER-CD59 -CHOI or PALTER-CD59-CHO2 was higher than unglycated ones . PALTER -CD59-CHO1 and PALTER -CD59 -CHO2 were glycated in RPMI1640 of 50mM ribose for 72 hours .BCECF releasing test indicted that the releasing rate of PALTER - CD59 - CHOI or PALTER - CD59 - CHO2 was less high than PALTER-CHO ,and the releasing rate of glycated PALTER-CD59-CHO1 or PALTER - CD5 9-CHO2 was higher than unglycated ones .

结果 成功构建突变人CD59的真核细胞表达系统：运用阳离子脂质体介导法将含有突变人CD59的PALTER—MAX重组质粒与PCDNA共转染入CHO细胞：用含有400ug／mlG418的F12培养基培养14天，筛选出稳定阳性表达克隆，RPMI1640培养基扩增获得稳定表达细胞株，并用流式细胞术进一步筛选出高效表达细胞株分别命名为PALTER—CD59—CH01、PALTER—CD59—CH02，表达率分别为53.7％、54.5％；应用免疫组化方法、免疫荧光技术进一步鉴定阳性细胞株；RPMI1640培养基大量扩增PALTER—CD59—CH01、PALTER—CD59—CH02细胞株，裂解细胞得到CD59蛋白质；通过SDS—PAGE凝胶电泳技术、免疫印迹技术、固相酶联免疫吸附试验验证了这两中文摘要个阳性细胞株CO59蛋白的高效表达；50mM核糖培养72小时，获得突变人CD59糖化细胞株，BCECF染料释放试验结果显示，PALTER一CD59一CHOI、pALTER一CD59一CHOZ细胞较PALTER一CHO细胞染料释放率低，未糖化PALTER一CD59一CHOI、PALTER一CD59一CHOZ细胞比较糖化后细胞染料释放率低。

The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed mechanism can obtain higher throughput and lower packet loss rate, and achieve reliability and real-time performance on the receiving side.

仿真结果表明：该策略能使流媒体数据流获得较高的吞吐量和较低的丢包率，有效提高流媒体传输的可靠性和实时性。

As to concrete treating method, the thesis adds the components in third dimension to the original 2D MHD code, and inward flows are embedded along the side of the current sheet, through changes of certain flow's scale, its distance to the current sheet, the viscosity coefficient and the resistivity in the plasma, the magnetic field figure, the velocity vector figure and the density distribution figure with different situations would be showed and observed, the reconnection growth rate figure is to be presented also, and the physical explanation involved will be made consequently.

在具体的处理方法上，文章在原有二维MHD流体理论基础上加入第三方向的分量，并且在电流片两侧加入入流扰动，通过改变其大小，距离电流片的位置，等离子体中的粘滞系数和等离子体电阻率，从而观察不同扰动情况下磁场重联的磁场位形、流场位形或者密度分布，绘制出磁场重联增长率在不同入流扰动下的图像，并分析其中的物理过程。

A mathematical model was developed to investigate the molten steel flow and decarburization process in RH vacuum degasser system under the action of electromagnetic field.

Human umbilical venous endothelial cells were cultured, and were exposed to different concerntrations of HCY with/or not with CuSO4; Cell counting of detached cells were performed with a hematocytometer; the cell survival was monitored by MTT assay and the cellular injury was evaluated by LDH release; Hoechst 33258 staining was used to observe nuclear morphological changes and the apoptosis was measured by DNA agarose gel electrophoresis ;the percentage of apoptosis was quantified by flow cytometry.

Based on the characteristics of casing annulus gas-venting wells, the particularity of multi-phase flow in the condition that the casing-head gas flows through a nearly stagnant liquid was investigated. Based on the theory of Taylor bubble, a model to calculate void fraction and pressure gradient in various viscosity liquids was developed. This model is applicable to bubbly flow and slug flow.
