In order to understand the mechanism of pollution process around insulator under the wet condition better,based on the principle of computational fluid dynamics CFD, the numerical model,which was used to analyze three-dimensional two-phase uncompressible turbulent flow field around composite insulator in wet weather and convection-diffusion of dust particles,was established.Then,the dynamic simulation of the general approach,which was used to analyze solid dust particles' wet deposition process around composite insulator with application of CFD software-Fluent,was proposed.

为深入了解绝缘子外部在湿润条件下的积污机理，基于计算流体力学原理CFD建立了求解湿润气象条件下复合绝缘子外部三维两相粘性不可压缩湍流流场的基本控制方程组和尘埃颗粒对流扩散的基本方程，提出应用CFD软件Fluent可对复合绝缘子表面固体尘埃颗粒湿沉降过程进行动态模拟的一般方法。

In this paper, the governing equations of resin flow are presented on the base of the seepage mechanics, the thermodynamics and the chemical kinetics. The unlumped temperature system (i. e. thermal non-equilibrium locally) is used to describe the thermal behavior in the RTM process, the resin reaction and heat transfer among resin, mold walls, and fibers are considered in the model.
