The formation of charge transfer complex was studied in the first part. The second part includes the synthesis and characterization of the acrylated unsaturated polyester and the kinetic studies on the Ar-UPE/ triethylene divinyl ether (DVE-3) photocuring system, the rheology and properties of film after photocuring. The third part includes the synthesis and characterization of the urethane modified unsaturated polyester and the kinetic studies on the PU-UPE/DVE-3 photocuring system, the rheology and properties of film after photocuring. The fourth part includes the synthesis and characterization of the vinyl ether end capped polyurethane and the kinetic studies on the VE-PU/DVE3 photocuring system, the rheology and properties of film after photocuring.

整个研究工作分为四个部分：一是电荷转移复合物的研究；二是丙烯酰氧基化不饱和聚酯的合成，表征，Ar-UPE/二缩乙二醇二乙烯基醚（DVE-3）体系光固化动力学研究以及Ar-UPE/DVE-3体系流变性能和光固化后涂膜综合性能的研究；三是氨酯改性的不饱和聚酯的合成，表征，PU-UPE/DVE-3体系光固化动力学研究以及该体系光固化后涂膜综合性能的研究；四是乙烯基醚封端的聚氨酯的合成，表征，VE-PU/马来酸二甲酯体系光固化动力学研究以及VE-PU/DMA体系流变性能和光固化后涂膜综合性能的研究。

METHODS: After stimulated with Con A, T cells were treated with different concentrations of TMB-8 alone and its combination with cyclosporine A. The expression of CD69, the early marker of CD3(superscript +) T cell activation, was measured by FACS. The proliferation-related index was determined by carboxyl fluorescin diacetate succinmidyl ester flow cytometry. The cell-cycle distribution was analyzed by propidium iodide staining.

以Con A作为T细胞活化、增殖的刺激剂，以不同浓度的TMB-8及与环孢菌素A联合作用于该系统，用流式细胞术检测T细胞早期活化标志CD69分子的表达；以活体染料羧基荧光素乙酰乙酸染色流式细胞术，分析TMB-8在Con A刺激下小鼠淋巴细胞的增殖相关指数；以碘化丙啶染色分析细胞周期的分布情况。

Methods: A model to evaluate lymphocyte proliferation stimulated with a polyclonal activator, concanavalin A, was established by vital dye carboxyl fluorescin diacetate succinmidyl ester labeling technique. Effects of the different doses of anisomycin on the lymphocyte proliferation were estimated by flow cytometry and MTT methods. The propidium iodide labeling technique was applied to assay the effect of the different doses of anisomycin on changes of the lymphocyte cell-cycle stimulated by ConA or by phorbol ester plus Ionomycin. The percentage of the expression level of CD69 and CD25 on the activated lymphocytes was evaluated by fluorescin-conjugated monoclonal antibody double labeling technique.

以活体染料羧基荧光素乙酰乙酸琥珀酰亚胺酯染色，建立在多克隆刺激剂刀豆蛋白A刺激下评价小鼠淋巴细胞增殖的模型，通过流式细胞术和MTT法分析茴香霉素在不同剂量下对淋巴细胞增殖的作用；采用碘化丙锭染色分析茴香霉素对ConA或佛波醇酯加离子霉素刺激的小鼠淋巴细胞周期变化的作用；利用荧光标记的单克隆抗体双染技术和流式细胞术观察茴香霉素对小鼠CD3~+T细胞早期及中期活化标志分子CD69和CD25表达的影响。

Performance prediction of the pump when transporting water and salt solution is also studied.Results are compared and analyzed with experimental data.6.The salt-out flow field is measured on three dimensions by Particle Image Velocimemter via radial and axial two test models.After image processing, velocity distribution of crystal particles in the pump is obtained.Particle flow field is visualized to reveal the particle motion law intuitionally.

此外对泵送清水和盐溶液时的性能也进行了预测，并将结果与外特性试验数据对比。6、运用PIV在径向和轴向两种测量模式下对泵内不同外部条件下盐析两相流场进行了准三维测量，经图像后处理，获得了盐析晶体颗粒在叶轮内、无叶腔中及轴面上的速度矢量分布，实现了颗粒流场的可视化，更为直观地揭示了泵内盐析颗粒的运动规律。

The creative aspects in this dissertation are summarized as below:(1) In relation to the BJT/FWD integrated device, two new ideas are proposed. One is to extend the diode anode metalization to the region between the BJT and the diode regions to realize a Schottky contact to release the influence of the BJT region on the diode switching performance.

本论文创造性的工作包括以下三个方面：(1)在双极功率三极管与续流二极管构成的集成器件方面，提出了两个创新点，一个是将集成二极管的阳极金属化延伸到二极管和功率三极管之间的区域形成肖特基接触，以此来减弱同一芯片上的功率三极管区域对续流二极管开关速度的影响；另一个创新点是将集成二极管的结构由传统的PiN结构替换成含有肖特基接触的MPS结构。

第五章动态的描写了长山方言中的语流音变，利用当代语音、语法、语义理论从轻声变调、语法变调、小称变韵、子变韵等几个方面考察长山方言语流音变的特点，认为&我每&有可能是&我们&的小称形式；以闻喜方言为代表的&子变韵&并不是&子&音转变而来，而是&儿化&的一种形式；长山方言的轻声变调存在于词汇、短语、句子等多个语言层面，有三种表现形式；轻声助词&了&、&着&、&到&省略后，会引起前面动词的语法变调，等等。

In order to study the effect of microstructure on the superhydrophobic solid surface for its drag reduction charactertics, micro-ridges grating structures on the basis of K9 glass flat surface were fabricated using femtosecond laser. Experiments were carried out to measure the rheological characterization of 40% glycerin solution on flat and grating structured K9 glass surfaces using AR-G2 rheometer respectively. Both surfaces were modified with trichloro perfluoroocty silane in drying oven.

为了研究超疏水固体表面的微结构对减阻特性的影响，首先利用飞秒激光加工技术在光滑K9玻璃基面上加工出微脊光栅结构，然后将光滑K9玻璃与光栅结构K9玻璃置于干燥箱内进行硅烷化处理，以降低表面自由能，最后用AR-G2流变仪测量两表面的流变特性，试验用流体为体积分数40%的甘油溶液和水。

Based on numerical computation, glass microfiuidic chips are fabricated, and experiments using microfluid fluorescence visualization technology are conducted to study sample electrophoresis transport characteristics in microchannel turns, with the aim to verify results of numerical computation.
