In the organic glass tower of 600mm in diameter, the pressure drop, leakage and mist carrying of the high efficient flow-guided sieve tray were measured in the experiment and we found that there was no flooding phenomenon when the resident time of liquid in the downcomer was less to 2. 5 second. It shows that the structure of the tray is reasonable and it can increase the column capacity greatly.

在自建的φ600mm有机玻璃塔内对高效导向筛板的各项流体力学性能进行有关实验研究，其中发现在高气速下当液体在降液管中的停留时间低至2.5秒时，仍没有观察到液泛现象，说明高效导向筛板可在不改动降液管的情况下大规模地提高塔设备的液相通量和生产能力。
