Changes of carbohydrate contents, sucrose-metabolizing enzymes activities and chloroplast ultrastructure in tomato（ Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.）leaves that were treated by 30 ℃ and 35 ℃ were studied to investigate the effects of high temperature on carbohydrate metabolism of tomato. Plants were treated by 30 ℃ and 35 ℃ in daytime after the 1st inflorescence effloresced, and plants that under 25 ℃ were considered as control.

以'辽园多丽'番茄为试材，以昼温25℃为对照，对植株进行30℃和35℃高昼温处理，探讨在高昼温条件下，叶片碳水化合物含量、蔗糖代谢酶活性以及叶绿体超微结构的变化。

A pectinase from CXJZ95-198 was purified. Results have made know:(1) The changes of protein content secreted by CXJZ95-198 in the five media glucose mannose xylan mannosan and pectin were 1.28mg/ml, 1.17mg/ml, 0.94mg/ml, 0.75mg/ml and 0.73mg/ml.The pectinase activity was maximum in the mannose (79.39U/ml) with the order of glucose(73.33 U/ml) mannosan(24.25 U/ml) xylan(17.45 U/ml) and pectin(15.98 U/ml).

在本研究条件下，得到如下结论：(1) CXJZ95-198菌株在以葡萄糖作为碳源的培养基中蛋白质含量变化最大，达到了1.28mg/ml，其次依次为甘露糖、木聚糖、魔芋粉和果胶培养基，分别为1.17 mg/ml，0.94 mg/ml，0.75 mg/ml，0.73 mg/ml；在这五种培养基中，以甘露糖培养基中果胶酶活性最高，达到了79.39 U/ml，其次依次为葡萄糖培养基，魔芋粉培养基，木聚糖培养基，最后为果胶培养基，分别为73.33 U/ml，24.25 U/ml，17.45 U/ml，15.98 U/ml。

These results suggested that Tyr710 may influence the stability of the monocyclic C-10 cationic intermediate through the interaction with Trp390 and play a role in preserving the cyclase structure and the conformation of active site.

由这些实验结果，我们推测Tyr710可能透过与Trp390作用来影响单环C-10碳阳离子中间物的稳定性，并且在维持蛋白质的结构及活性区的形状上有所贡献。

Several of the bacteria (B2, Q1), fungi (W9) and action mycetes (H1), which were with the high activity of decomposition of cellulose ,were isolated from the rotten wood from secondary forest areas of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and they were mixed with carboxy methyl cellulose-Na and filter paper etc to research the effect of the type of carbon and culturing time on the activity of the decomposition enzyme of cellulose.

方法］利用分离的几株来源于云贵高原地区次生林朽木中具有较高纤维素分解活性的细菌(B2、Q1)、真菌(W9)与放线菌(H1)分别和混合发酵纤维素羧甲基纤维素钠和滤纸等底物，研究碳源种类、培养时间对纤维素分解酶活的影响。

The antioxidant activity of the lipid-soluble epigaliocatechin-3-0-gallate-4'-myristate in soybean salad oil were investigated and compared in AOM test. Results: The results demonstrated that the antioxidant activity of the single-substitution EGCG myristate was almost corresponding to TBHQ.

结果：该脂溶性的EGCG衍生物为长碳链单取代的儿茶素－表没食子儿茶素－3-0-没食子酸－4'-肉豆蔻酸酯，在大豆色拉油中的抗氧化活性与叔丁基对苯二酚相当。

The result showed that the powder microelectrode with WC prepared in the CH4/H2 atmosphere showed better catalytic activity forα-nitronaphthalene electrochemical reduction. This result was mainly attributed to different post treatments and surface morphological structures of two types of WC powders. Moreover, the WC-PME with WC prepared in the CH4/H2 atmosphere showed good chemical stability.

结果表明，以CH4/H2为还原碳化气氛所制备的WC粉末，其制成的粉末微电极对NP具有更良好的电催化活性，这主要与该WC粉末的结构形貌及其制备后的处理工艺有关，同时该WC-PME具有良好的化学稳定性。

Producing AmpC and ESBLs are higher than that to Klebsiella producing AmpC but nonproducing ESBLs. The genotypes of Klebsiella producing AmpC are mainly DHA type. Imipenem is the first choice of the antibiotics against Klebsiella carrying 2～6 kinds of resistance genes in clinic.

Toxic effects of 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene (1,2,4-TCB) on Scenedesmus obliquus were studied through investigating the growth, the content of protein and the content of chlorophyll.

The result of this study indicated that the optimum growth condition of GS-101 on agar medium are at 26℃ in pH 5, and the carbon and nitrogen sources are fructose, and corn steep liquor. Through the experiment of shaking flask, the starch was approved to improve the biomass of the culture. However, without starch the fermented broth oppositively has the activity of inhibiting fibrosarcoma cell (HT-1080) and breast cancer cell (MDA-MB-231) cell.
