The results were as follows: the activity of prawns was highest under the condition of pH 7.0, 35 ℃ using pyrocatechol as substrate; four inhibitors i.e ascorbic acid1 mg·mL~(-1, sodium sulphite2 mg·mL~(-1, phytic acid1 mL·L~(-1 and EDTA0.1 mg·mL~(-1 had some inhibiting effects on the PPO of prawns, in which the effect of phytic acid1 mL·L~(-1 was the best; the PPO activity of prawns increased gradurally during the storage period; the PPO activity of prawns was inhibited in vacuum environment, the lower the storing temperature was, the stronger the PPO activity was.

结果表明：以邻苯二酚为底物，虾PPO活性的最适pH为7。 0，最适温度为35 ℃；4种抑制剂(1 mg·mL-1抗坏血酸、2 mg·mL-1亚硫酸钠、1 mL·L-1植酸及0。 1 mg·mL-1EDTA)对南美白对虾PPO都表现出一定的抑制作用，以1 mL·L-1植酸抑制作用最强；南美白对虾在贮藏过程中PPO活性逐渐上升，真空环境中PPO活性受到抑制，贮藏温度越低，抑制作用越强。

In this research, the activities of CWDE were measured by saccharifying according to the theory that red-brown amino compounds were produced when 3, 5-dinitro salicylic acid and aldehyde were heated together. And the testing conditions were made clear. The activity of Cx should be tested with optimal temperature of 50℃, optimal pH of 4.8, incubation time of 30 min, and optimal substrate of 0.6% CMC-Na. Due to the heat-libality, Cx should be sterilized more than 10 min. The testing conditions of the activity ofβ-G were almost the same with Cx except the substrate of 0.5% salicin and the sterilization time of more than 15 min.

SOD活性的变化趋势与POD活性相似，但自交果粒化汁胞SOD活性出现最低点时间早于未粒化汁胞；未粒化汁胞GSH 、AsA含量大于粒化汁胞。琯溪蜜柚果实汁胞粒化可能和汁胞的活性氧代谢失调有关。

The anti-microbial activity of active materials against valsa mail,fusarium oxysporum,coniothyrium diplodieua and aspergillus nidulans were measured in vitro.the results showed that active materials extracted using acetone,aether and petroleum ether presented fungistasis to different extent on the four pathogenic fungi and had the best effect to coniothyrium diplodieua.active material extracted using ethanol presented certain anti-microbial effect to fusarium oxysporum.the results also showed there were anti-microbial active material in the leaves of cichorium intybus and founded a base on the research and application.

然后以提取液为供试药剂，对苹果腐烂病菌、棉花枯萎病菌、葡萄白腐病菌、构巢曲霉病菌4种植物病原真菌进行离体活性测定。结果表明：丙酮、乙醚、石油醚的提取液对4种病菌均有不同程度的抑制作用，其中对葡萄白腐病菌抑制效果最好；乙醇的提取液对枯萎病菌具有一定的抑制作用。表明菊苣叶中存在抑菌活性成分，补充了菊苣抑菌活性的研究内容，为该种植物抑菌活性成分的研究和应用奠定基础。

Coli and S.aureus , the experiment showed that recombined gene peptide has the antibacterialactivities.Conclusion The recombined gene antibacterial peptide was expressed successfully in the fusional pTYB vetor and the fusion gene peptide CA(1 ~8-MA(l ~12),CAM has the antibacterial activities to E. coli and S.aurens. While how to frame a more efficient expression system should be studied further , and its other biological activities are still to be tested.

本实验通过基因克隆方法拼接重组基因抗菌肽与融合表达载体pTYB12并在大肠杆菌中进行表达成功，抑菌活性的检测结果表明重抗菌肤的克隆表达与活性初步测定中文摘要组基因抗菌肤CA(1一8卜MA(1一12)，cAM〕对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定的抗菌活性，如何进一步提高抗菌肤的表达量和有关重组基因抗菌肤的生物学活性还有待于进一步研究。

The results showed that as low temperature became intensified and prolonged, the leaves of pepper seedling presented increased POD activity, decreaseds SOD and CAT activities, increased MDA content and increased plasm-membrane permeability; the critical temperature (15℃/8℃) showed stronger effects on pepper plants than the lower temperature (19℃/12℃); under the lower temperature, the weak light of 90μmolm^(-2)s(-1) could make the POD activity increase much more, but reduce the decrements of the SOD and CAT activities, and the increments of the MDA content and plasm-membrane permeability, and under the critical temperature (15℃/8℃), an opposite situation occurred.

结果表明：随着低温弱光胁迫程度和时间的增加，辣椒幼苗叶片中POD活性提高，但SOD和CAT活性下降，MDA含量增加，细胞膜透性增大；就温度而言，临界低温(15℃/8℃)比偏低温(19℃/12℃)对植株的影响更为显著；在偏低温(19℃/12℃)下，弱光90μmolm^(-2)s(-1)使POD活性上升更大，而SOD和CAT活性的下降、MDA含量的增加和细胞膜透性的增大更小，而在临界低温(15℃/8℃)下则相反；陇椒2号耐低温弱光能力强，各项指标均优于七寸红。
