Attempts in part I of the dissertation were to develop microemulsion systems using medium chain triglyceride, Captex 300, deionized water (H2O), and TPGS as surfactant for the oral delivery of protein drugs or poorly water soluble drugs. Pseudo-ternary phase diagrams were constructed to elucidate the phase behavior of systems composed of medium-chain triglyceride and water with TPGS as main surfactant, polysorbates (Tween 20, Tween 40, Tween 60 and Tween 80) as adjuvant surfactants, and polyethylene glycols (PEG 400 and PEG 600) and polyols (ethanediol, 1,2-propanediol, 1,3-propanediol, 1,3-butanediol, 1,4-butanediol and glycerin) as cosurfactants.

藉由拟三相图（Pseudo-ternary Phase Diagrams）的建立来了解中链型三酸甘油酯、去离子水及TPGS为主要界面活性剂配合聚醇山梨酯（如Tween 20、Tween 40、Tween 60及Tween 80）为辅助界面活性剂或聚乙二醇（如PEG 400及PEG 600）及多醇类（如乙二醇、1，2-丙二醇、1，3-丙二醇、1，3-丁二醇、1，4-丁二醇及甘油作为共界面活性剂所形成的微乳基剂之相变化。

The effects of different of categories surfactants, the proportion of surfactant and cosurfactant , the chain lengths of alcohol and alkane, temperatures and pH values on the W/O microemulsion phase areas are systematically studied in the dissertation. SEM and laser scatting techniques are used to verify particles'sizes of W/O microemulsion. Consequently, a system TritonX-100/n-C〓H〓OH (weight ratio 1: 1)/C〓H〓/H〓O is obtained which is a stable system with relatively large W/O microemulsion phase area.

本文系统研究了表面活性剂种类、助表面活性剂的链长、表面活性剂和醇的配比、烷烃的链长以及温度、pH值等对W/O微乳液相区域的影响，并用SEM、激光光散射等对微乳液粒度进行了表征，从而获得一种稳定的、W/O微乳液区域较大的体系：壬基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚(TritonX-100)/正戊醇(质量比1：1)/环己烷/水体系。

An attempt was made to remove color from simulated wastewaters containing Acid Scarlet GR and Reactive violet K-3R by cloud point extraction using a nonionic surfactant of Triton X-114. The influence of the concentrations, equilibrium temperature and equilibrium time on the extraction efficiency was tested. The experimental results show that the extraction efficiency to dye increases with increasing concentration of TX-114 and salt or decreasing initial dye concentration.

本文选用非离子表面活性剂TX-114作浊点萃取剂，研究了由酸性大红与活性紫构成的单元和二元混合染料模拟有色废水的萃取脱色过程，讨论了表面活性剂浓度、染料浓度、盐浓度、平衡温度、平衡时间等因素对萃取效率的影响结果表明，提高表面活性剂浓度、盐浓度有利于提高萃取效率，而染料浓度增加则使萃取效率略有下降。

A series of emulsion fuel oil were designed with Triton X 100 as principal emulsifying agent,whose molecular formula is C 8H 17 ——O(CH 2CH 2O) 10 H.One of other kinds of surfactant is used as the auxiliary emulsifying agent.The emulsion structures were determined by micrography,and the combustion heat was determined by a bomb calorimeter.

In which Because their abundant raw material, big changeability of structure, high electrolyte tolerance, especial strong calcium tolerance, fatty alcohol ether sulfonate has huge industrialized value.

指出重烷基苯磺酸盐和石油磺酸盐作为三次采油的主表面活性剂，目前在工业化生产中仍存在一些问题，产品质量不太稳定，需进一步改进生产工艺技术，提高产品质量，扩大生产规模；芳基烷基磺酸盐和烷基二苯醚磺酸盐可作为助表面活性剂用于特殊的油藏条件，有必要尽快开发可行的工业化生产工艺；脂肪醇醚磺酸盐类表面活性剂的原料来源丰富，分子结构可变性强，耐电解质能力强，尤其是耐钙能力强，应用领域广，极具工业化价值。
