Based on the associated reactions of bromothymol blue with cationic surface- active agent when put in phosphate buffer solution of pH7.5～8.5 and fades, a new way for determination of cationic surfactant by Spectrophotometric methods was established.

摘 要：基于溴百里酚蓝在 pH7.5～ 8 5的磷酸盐缓冲介质中，与阳离子表面活性剂发生离子缔合反应，而使溴百里酚蓝褪色这一现象，建立了分光光度测定阳离子表面活性剂的新方法。

It caused aggregation of purple membrane fragments at very low concentration. This effect might be attributed to its positive charges because cationic surfactant DTAB acted the same. On the other hand, melittin seemed to have behavior similar to CHAPS which has a rigid cholane ring,both had little effect on the conformation of retinal chromporphores.In consideration of the two-dimensional crystalline structure of purple membrane,melittin may form a rigid conformation such as α-helix on the surface of the membrane.

Various synthetic methods of the cleavable cyclic acetal-type and ketal-type surfactants were reviewed to provide references for the synthetic route design of these type surfactants and their major research direction in the future were indicated.

We could draw a conclusion that microemulsion solubilization was effected with both the total amount of surfactant and cosurfactant on the interfacial film of microemulsion and confusable degree of interfacial film of microemulsion.

The carbon foam were prepared by self-bubbling at high pressure from AR pitch added sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and Span-40, respectively. The bulk density, pore rate, compressive strength, thermal conductivity at room temperature and crystallitic parameters of carbon foam were measured. The rheological properties of AR pitch and pore structure of carbon foam were investigated.

CuS and CdS nano-particulate films were obtained with these two methods, and some interesting phenomena were observed: under the Gibbs film formed by CTAB, CuS nano-rods were obtained at the oil/water interface, and disklike aggregates of CdS nano-crystals were obtained at both the air/water and oil/water interfaces; under the Langmuir film formed by NaAOT at air/water interface, disk-like aggregates of CdS were also obtained.

The interfacial tension between ABEPS solution and crude oil had been investigated. It was shown that ABEPS not only displayed outstanding salt resistance, but also good hard-water endurability, furthermore ultra low interfacial tension could be achieved without alkaline but proper amount NaCl in the water-crude oil system, which proved its excellent interfacial performance and better application prospects.
