With the increase of water-soluble CdTe quantum dot concentration increasing, Achyranthes Bidentata root length and the seed vigor reduced ordinally, but its germination changed no obviously, suggested the space mutagenesis treatment can improve Achyranthes Bidentata seed vigor.
