Purpose: Observation of the influence of Chinese medicine " Verrucous Abluent " liquid to HPV in vitro, in order to expose the curing mechanism of it .

目的：观察中药"疣毒净"洗液在体外对HPV的影响，以阐明其治疗机理。

Applicable scope:biqing dry cleans lavation things and common laundry powder, soap, abstergent is different.

适用范围：碧清干洗液和一般的洗衣粉、肥皂、洗洁剂等洗涤用品不同。

The amount of Na(superscript +), NH4(superscript +), K(superscript +), Mg(superscript 2+), Ca(superscript 2+), Zn(superscript 2+) in fruits and juice (sports water, green tea , pear juice, carrot juice and carrot and orange juice) were respectively separated and detected by non-suppressed ion chromatography. And pyridine-2, 6-dicarbexylic was used as mobile phase to separated monovalent cations and pyridine-2, 6-dicarbexylic-ethylenedi-amine-oxalic acid was used as mobile phase to separated divalent cations.

采用非抑制型离子色谱法测定了水果以及饮料（运动型饮料、绿茶、水蜜桃汁、胡萝卜汁和胡萝卜橙汁）中Na、NH4、K、Mg(上标 2+)、Ca(上标 2+)、Zn(上标 2+)的含量，其中一价阳离子以吡啶－2，6-二羧酸为淋洗液测定，二价阳离子以吡啶－2，6-二羧酸+乙二胺+草酸为淋洗液测定。

Light microscope findings shown that the impairment in TyrphostinA1 groups was far less severe than that in model groups. In conclusion, Curcumine and TyrphostinA1 showed preferable effect on acute lung injury induced by oleic acid in rats.

结果表明，TyrphostinA1明显改善大鼠肺功能，减轻肺组织病理学损伤，降低肺指数及肺湿/干重比，降低肺渗透性和肺泡灌洗液中蛋白及TNF-α、IL-6的含量，提高肺泡灌洗液中IL-10的含量。

Methods: Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:① the control group(group C, n=8): received sternotomy only and no ischemia;② the ischemia/reperfusion group(group I/R, n=8): the left lungs of rabbits were rendered ischemia by ligating the left pulmonary hili for 60 minutes followed by 60 minutes reperfusion;③ the edaravone group(group E, n=8): the left lungs were rendered ischemia for 60 minutes followed by 60 minutes reperfusion, and 10 mg/kg edaravone was administered intravenously 5 minutes prior to ischemia. Blood MDA and SOD were measured. Protein concentrations, WBC count, and PMN percentage in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid were determined. Samples of left lung tissue were sent for determining the left lung dry-to-wet weight ratio and evaluating the pathologic changes.

采用兔肺原位热缺血再灌注损伤模型进行研究。24只大白兔随机分为三组：①对照组(C组， n=8)，开胸后不阻断肺门，静脉缓慢推注生理盐水5ml/kg；②缺血再灌注组(I/R组， n=8)，左肺接受60min的缺血，然后接受60min再灌注，于缺血前5min静脉缓慢推注生理盐水5ml/kg；③依达拉奉干预组(E组， n=8)，于缺血前5min静脉缓慢推注依达拉奉10mg/kg（5ml/kg），左肺接受60min的缺血，然后接受60min再灌注。120min实验结束时，留取各组动物血液标本，测定血浆丙二醛含量及超氧化物歧化酶活性；收集支气管肺泡灌洗液，检测支气管肺泡灌洗液中白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比及肺通透性指数；留取肺组织标本，测定肺组织湿、干重量，计算干／湿重比及行肺组织病理检查。

The investigation of cells of bronchial lavages with lung cancer showed hypermethylation of at least one gene in squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, small cell lung cancer and adenosquamous carcinoma is 17/23(73.9%),13/20(65.0%),4/5 and 2/3, respectively.

51例肺癌患者中，支气管灌洗液和上清研究过甲基化结果如下：对灌洗液细胞进行三种基因过甲基化研究诊断鳞癌、腺癌、小细胞癌和腺鳞癌的阳性比例分别为17/23(73.9%)，13/20(65.0%)，4/5，2/3。

Difference of cell-free DNA concentrations was analyzed by one-way analysis of variance using SPSS 10.0 software. There is a significant difference if p value was less than 0.05. The results showed that: 1 DNA concentrations in cell-free lavages supernatants in central lung cancer, peripheral lung cancer and pulmonary benign lesions are (0.83±0.34)μg/ml,(0.66±0.31)μg/ml and (0.59±0.37)μg/ml, respectively.

研究结果如下： 1中心型肺癌支气管灌洗液上清游离DNA量为(0.83±0.34)μg/ml，周围型肺癌为(0.66±0.31)μg/ml，肺部良性病变为(0.59±0.37)μg/ml，经单因素方差分析发现三者支气管灌洗液游离DNA量没有显著差异。
