AbstractIn recent years, great progress has been made in ocular surface disease and epiphora related disease, peopele gradually attach importance to caruncular lesions. Hypertrophy of lacrimal caruncle as one cause of functional epiphora was paid attention to.

近年来，随着眼表疾病和溢泪相关疾病的研究进展，泪阜疾病开始受到人们的重视，泪阜肥大作为引起功能性泪溢的一个原因，倍受关注。
