泪液

A silicone punctum plug reduced tear drainage and relieved the symptoms of dry eye. This is a simple, safe and effective method for the treatment of dry eye and is worth adopting for large-scale use.

使用泪小点塞能够减少泪液排出和丢失，改善干眼症状，是干眼症的一种简单、安全、有效的非手术治疗方法，值得推广。

Methods Sixty-seven eyes of 50 patients with dry eye received a silicone punctum plug as treatment. Of the 50 patients, there were 17 males and 33 females, and the average age was 37 years. All patients were followed up for three months. A Schirmer Ⅰ test and break-up time were used as measurements before treatment and one and three months after treatment. These measurements were used to evaluate the efficacy of using this treatment for dry eye.

确诊为干眼症的患者50例67眼，均予以泪小点塞治疗，其中接受单眼治疗患者33例，双眼治疗患者17例，按常规记录治疗前、治疗后1个月和3个月的基础泪液分泌量和泪膜破裂时间，检查的结果按两种方法分组进行统计分析，Ⅰ组45例60眼进行治疗前后自身对照，Ⅱ组30例单眼治疗患者左右眼同期对照。
