方法随机选择230名患有慢性泪囊炎泪道阻塞的患者分为两组。1组90名患者冲出脓性分泌物后马上行泪道激光手术联合局部药物治疗，2组140名患者不仅冲出脓性分泌物，且加强抗感染，炎症稳定后再行泪道激光手术联合局部药物治疗，一周后复查，观察两组疗效，追踪半年以上。
