Simultaneous measurement of CORB and COTD were performed in following situations:(1)cardiac output was varied by manipulating inotropic drugs(adrenine, dobutamine, dopamine, verapamil);(2)under six different ventilatory settings:①volume controlled ventilation with tidal volume of 12ml/kg(VCV, VT 12ml/kg);②volume controlled ventilation with tidal volume of 6ml/kg(VCV, VT 6ml/kg);③pressure controlled ventilation with tidal volume of 12ml/kg(PCV, VT 12ml/kg);④pressure controlled ventilation with tidal volume of 6ml/kg(PCV, VT 6ml/kg);⑤volume controlled ventilation with high positive end-expiratory pressure.

1经肺动脉漂浮导管CVP腔注射肾上腺素、多巴酚丁胺、多巴胺、异搏定改变动物心肌收缩力，观察注射药物前、注射药物后CORB和COTD的相关性；(2)设置5组不同的机械通气参数：①容量控制通气，潮气量12ml/kg(VCV， VT 12ml/kg)；②容量控制通气，潮气量6ml/kg(VCV， VT 6ml/kg)；③压力控制通气，潮气量12ml/kg(PCV， VT 12ml/kg)；④压力控制通气，潮气量6ml/kg(PCV，VT 6ml/kg)；⑤容量控制通气，潮气量6ml/kg，高呼气末正压，PEEP为12~15cmH2O。

The subcutaneous administration of sodium dimercaptosuccinate at a dose of 1500 mg/kg immediately after the intraperitoneal injection of trivalent antimonyl ammonium gluconate increased the LD_(50) of the latter from 90—112 mg/kg to 1300—1460 mg/kg.

Analysis of the relation between serotonin and its receptor in OFC and stress depression(n=8):(1) Microinjection of 5-HT into OFC significantly shortened immobility time, dejections have no great changes; though locomotor、 grooming activitives have little increased, they have no significant difference; rearing scores greatly reduced;(2)microinjection of pCPA into OFC significantly prolong immobility time, dejections have no great changes; locomotor、rearing activities are greatly reduced, but have no significant effect on grooming activity receding;(3)compared with the effect of 5-HT alone, microinjection of spiperone combined with 5-HT into OFC, significantly prolong immobility time and greatly reduced dejections; locomotor、 rearing、 grooming activities are all reduced, but have no significant differences.

眶额叶区5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine，5-HT)及其受体与应激性抑郁症的关系(n=8)：(1)注射5-HT后，大鼠FST不动时间明显降低(P＜0.05)，粪便数量变化不显著(p＞0.05)，OFT水平运动、修饰得分虽均有升高，但无显著性差异(P＞0.05)，垂直活动显著降低(P＜0.05)；(2)注射色氨酸羟化酶抑制剂-对氯苯丙氨酸后，FST不动时间明显增加(P＜0.01)，粪便数量无显著性变化(p＞0.05)，OFT水平、垂直运动显著减少(P＜0.05)，修饰降低但无显著差异(P＞0.05)；(3)与5-HT组比较，先注射5-HT_(1A)受体拮抗剂后再注射5-HT，FST中的不动时间明显增加(P＜0.01)，粪便数量显著减少(p＜0.01)，但OFT水平、垂直、修饰活动均有所减少，却无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。

Moldflow software was used for searching for optimal parameter of forming process of ABS gusset plate by simulating real condition. Some main factors which influenced the process of injection molding were found out after the simulation analysis of filling and flowing.

通过模拟真实注射条件，应用Moldflow软件对ABS扣板注射成型工艺参数进行了优化分析，得出影响注射成型顺利进行的主要因素，并模拟制定出扣板注射成型的最佳注塑压力、锁模力、模具温度、熔体温度、注塑时间、保压压力、保压时间和冷却时间。

实验结果如下：(1)芥末油注射於预先注射生理食盐水之后脚掌引起严重的肿胀及血浆外渗；(2)预先注射5 U之BOTOX、 Lidocaine或L-733060 可有效减低发炎反应；(3) 5U BOTOX在注射7天后开始发挥效果，此一效果维持至少十天。
