Methods: Twelve healthy New Zealand male rabbits were randomly divided into methylprednisolone groups, methylprednisolone + antibiotic groupsand controlled groups. The rabbits of MG and MAG were IM methylprednisolone sodium succinate 8 mg/kg twice a week. MAG IM benzylpenicillin sodium 0.24 g twice a week yet. Increased the weight loading on the hind limbs of rabbits.

12只健康雄性新西兰白兔随机分成甲基泼尼龙组、甲基泼尼龙＋抗生素组和对照组，M组和MA组均每周2次，每次肌注甲基泼尼龙琥珀酸钠 8 mg/kg，MA组每只每周2次青霉素40万 U（0.24 g）肌注，经常性增加动物后肢受力的负荷，激素注射8周后进行股骨头CT和组织病理检查，观察造模效果。

Fifty children undergoing arm operation were randomly divided into two groups:After ketamine based anesthesia,Plexus brachialis nerves block combined with ketamine propofol intravenous anesthesia(group A, n=25), 0.25％ropivacaine 0.5ml/kg was injected to plexus brachialis,ketamine propofol was injected intravenous connected during the operation;Ketamine propofol intravenous anesthesia(group B,n=25),ketamine propofol was injected intravenous connected.

Methods 120 patients,who suffer from CHB,were divided into two groups randomly. 将120 例慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗组60 例，给予甘乐注射液80 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL中静脉滴注，丹参注射液20 mL 加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL 静脉滴注，均1次/d；对照组60 例，给予甘乐注射液，剂量、疗法同治疗组，两组药物在治疗20 天后改为口服，疗程均为6 月。

In this paper, adsorption is firstly described as a function of CSGC, and the effects of component and their ratio of grouts, leachate environment such as temperature, pH and salinity on adsorption are studied with equilibrium experiment. The evidence shows that the adsorption mechanism of CSGC to contaminant conforming to Freundlich Adsorption Model. It provides the theory for establishing CSGC and utilizing adsorption mechanism.
