软件部分所要实现的功能为：通过中断服务程序把心电信号定时采集出来，以二进制的形式存储在计算机中；数据压缩程序应实现对心电信号的预处理和压缩，缩小数据存储量，节省空间；病例信息管理系统实现患者个人信息和心电信息的存档，把采集的数据保存作数据库中，能够将心电波形直接显示在计算机屏幕上，并提供打印报告单的功能。
