Hyphae, loaded with CTC under pH 6. 8 condition and then grown in pH 8. 0 medium for a little while to destroy the apical acidification, could gave very diffuse fluorescence images of CTC membrame bound Ca〓 and vermiform fluorescence spots due to mitochondrias under pH 6. 8 no longer were clearly distinquished, which implied that besides mitochondrias, other cellular organelles with Ca〓 also were stained with CTC. Thus mitochondrias are not the only one intracellular Ca〓 storage, endoplasmic reticulums and Golgi bodies in the same zone may be also the Ca〓 storages. But the extreme apical zone under 2μm of the growing hyphal tip was still almost devoid of stain under pH 8. 0.The CTC fluorescence was concentrated in the subapic zone beyond about 2μm from the tip and then gradually became lower behind about 40μm from the tip. These results did not support the hypothesis which suggested that the cell wall vesicles in the extreme apical zone were intracellular Ca〓 storages.

将菌丝在pH6.8条件下负载CTC，再置于pH8.0培养介质中短暂生长一会儿以消散菌丝顶端的酸化区域，则CTC膜结合Ca〓呈现弥散的荧光影像，在pH 6.8培养条件下显示的蠕虫状的线粒体荧光斑点不再能够清晰辨认，说明除了线粒体之外，还有其它含Ca〓细胞器，也被CTC染色，线粒体并不是细胞内唯一Ca〓库，还可能包括内质网、高尔基体等细胞器，但菌丝最顶端2μm以前的细胞壁泡囊区域不能被染色，最大荧光强度仍位于菌丝顶端2μm以后区域，约45μm以后荧光变弱，实验结果不支持细胞壁泡囊为菌丝胞内Ca〓库的假设。

Results 86 cases were of pilomatrixoma （71.1%）,11 cases of trichoepithelioma （9.1%）,1 case was of desmoplastic trichoepithelioma,2 cases of trichoblastoma,5 cases of dilaled pore and pilar sheath acanthoma、1 case was of follicular toumor,3 cases of trichofolliculoma,3 cases of proliferating folliculas cyst and proliferating tricholemmoma,6 cases of tricholemmoma of pilar sheath adrentitial.

结果 毛母质瘤86例（71.1%）、毛发上皮瘤11例（9.1%）、促结缔组织增生性毛发上皮瘤1例、毛母细胞瘤2例、圆锥漏斗状棘皮瘤与毛鞘棘皮瘤5例、毛囊漏斗肿瘤1例、毛发滤泡瘤与毛发滤泡癌3例、增生性毛囊囊肿与增生性外毛根鞘瘤3例、毛鞘瘤与毛鞘癌6例。

After the exposure, the retinas were examined with light and electron microscope. results: under light microscope, irregular nucleoplasm and unclear border of nucleus in the ganglion cell layer were found in the experimental groups of 2 h, 12 h and 24 h. these changes were also found in the inner nucleus layer. under the electron microscope, swollen mitochondria and vacuolized endoplasmic reticulums were found in all the layers of retina in the groups of 2 h, 12 h and 24 h, most obvious in the group of 24 h. in the group of 72 h, only lightly swollen mitochondria and dilated endoplasmic reticulums were found in the ganglion cell layer of retina.

结果： 光镜：实验组中2，12及24 h组均可见视网膜神经节细胞层内细胞核出现核质不均匀，核边界不清，内核层细胞核也有同样改变；电镜：实验组中2，12及24 h组视网膜各层均出现线粒体肿大，内质网空泡样变，以24 h组最为严重，72 h组仅见视网膜神经节细胞层出现轻度线粒体肿大，内质网扩张。
