结果实验组出现了胶质性甲状腺肿，不典型增生出现的百分率增加，甲状腺细胞的高度随饲料含碘量的增加而逐渐降低；其滤泡腔面积逐渐增大，实验组不典型增生区域的AgNOR颗粒数目增多。

Results Compared with low-salt diet control group, the renal changes in CsA-L group were not obvious at the 2nd weeks, the urine volume and the level of BUN were remarkably increased in CsA-H group. At the 4th weeks, the urine volume was decreased; the levels of Crea and BUN were significantly increased and showed a significant positive correlation with the blood CsA concentration. Morphologic changes consisted of vacuolization of renal tubular cells, hyalinization of small arterioles and the light renal interstitial fibrosis.

结果 与低盐对照组相比，药后第2周CsA-L组各指标无明显变化，CsA-H组尿量增多，尿蛋白降低，尿素氮升高；药后第4周时，尿量呈减少趋势，肌酐和BUN明显升高，且与CsA血药浓度呈显著正相关，病理表现为肾小管细胞空泡变性及小动脉和肾间质病变，CsA-H组各种变化较CsA-L组更为明显。

Results CsA clearly decreased creatinine clearance and increased urinary excretion of N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase in rats as compared with those in the vehicle group. Morphologic changes consisted of vacuolization of tubular cell, expansion of the interstitium and interstitial fibrosis, hyalinization of afferent arterioles. Severity of the injury was related to the dosage of CsA. Striped interstitial fibrosis and arteriolopathy were more severe in the rats treated with CsA and low-salt diet than with CsA and normal diet.

结果 用CsA的大鼠出现尿量增多、内生肌酐清除率下降、尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶排泄增多等；病理上表现为不同程度的细胞浊肿、空泡变性及灶性分布的间质纤维化和小动脉病变，随CsA剂量的增加，病变呈加重趋势；结合低钠饮食，CsA慢性肾毒性病变明显加重。

Results The intramural capillary lymphatics of rat's rectum were observed in deep lamina propria of tunica membrane and the dermal papilla layer of anal pectin. The intramural capillary lymphatics and lymphatics were both observed in tela submucosa, reticular layer, hypodermis and intermuscular and serosa. The capillary lymphatics in rectums' wall have the similar ultrastructure feature to normal ones. Three kinds of endothelial cells junctions are overlapping junctions, embedding-junctions and end to-end-type junctions. About 21% of cell-junctions are opening types. There are normal organelles and many vesicals in the endothelial of capillary lymphatics.

结果 直肠壁内的毛细淋巴管见於黏膜固有层深部和肛梳区真皮乳头层；在黏膜下层和肛梳区的网状层、皮下组织以及肌层和浆膜层内均有毛细淋巴管和淋巴管，直肠壁内毛细淋巴管的超微结构具有一般毛细淋巴管超微结构的特点，内皮细胞连接有重叠、嵌插和端端连接3种类型，处於开放状态约占21%；胞质内含有一般的细胞器，幷含有大量的囊泡。

CaN Aβ gene silencing can reduce myocardial hypertrophy in cultured cells, si1280 (21bp) of CaN Aβ gene is the most effective target site for siRNA. The method of intrapericardial injection of plasmid, microbubbles and erzymes can improve transfection efficiency of non-viral plasmid with satisfying targeted transfection. But the scope of transfected myocytes is still limited. CaN Aβ shRNA expressing plasmid transfection in vivo by pericardial injection results in decreased CaN Aβ protein expression of small part of myocytes, and CaN Aβ mRNA only shows decreased trend. The dosage of non-viral vector and the parameters of ultrasound energy should be optimized in further study.

结论RNAi技术抑制CaN Aβ基因表达可有效减轻Ald诱导的心肌细胞肥大程度；CaN Aβ基因中si1280(21bp)片段为实现RNAi的更有效片段；微泡+酶类心包腔内注射超声导入的方法可有效改善非病毒载体在体心肌的转染效率，同时具有一定的靶向性，但总的转染范围仍然有限；采用这一方法进一步进行&一肾一夹&心肌肥大模型大鼠在体心肌细胞的CaNAβ的RNAi干预，发现心肌肥大大鼠心外膜下局部心肌细胞CaN Aβ蛋白水平降低，CaN AβmRNA水平虽有下降趋势，但无统计学差异，提示质粒的用量及超声导入的参数有待进一步研究使其优化。
