PFOS induced thyroid follicle cell hyperplasia, the depletion of colloid and even vacuolation with dose-effect relationships after 6 months exposure. Malformations of gonad with intersex, pearling and segmental aplasia were found in all treatment groups. The gonad with intersex showed a testis tissue with a female ovarian cavity like structure.

6个月后，PFOS组甲状腺出现滤泡上皮细胞增生、胶质减少甚至空泡化等现象，且随着PFOS浓度的增加而加重；各组幼蛙性腺出现间性、睾丸珍珠状和先天性萎缩等畸形现象，外观为间性的性腺主要表现为睾丸组织中产生类似雌性个体的卵巢腔。

HA increased level of NO by activating NOS after combining with H〓 and H〓 receptors; and on the one hand 5-HT caused brain microvessel endothelial cells constracting strongly, made the tight joint opening, increased the permeability of BBB, and on the other hand 5-HT increased the quantity of pinocytosis vesicle in endothelial cells and enhance the permeability of BBB after comining with 5-HT〓 receptor.

Results 86 cases were of pilomatrixoma （71.1%）,11 cases of trichoepithelioma （9.1%）,1 case was of desmoplastic trichoepithelioma,2 cases of trichoblastoma,5 cases of dilaled pore and pilar sheath acanthoma、1 case was of follicular toumor,3 cases of trichofolliculoma,3 cases of proliferating folliculas cyst and proliferating tricholemmoma,6 cases of tricholemmoma of pilar sheath adrentitial.

结果 毛母质瘤86例（71.1%）、毛发上皮瘤11例（9.1%）、促结缔组织增生性毛发上皮瘤1例、毛母细胞瘤2例、圆锥漏斗状棘皮瘤与毛鞘棘皮瘤5例、毛囊漏斗肿瘤1例、毛发滤泡瘤与毛发滤泡癌3例、增生性毛囊囊肿与增生性外毛根鞘瘤3例、毛鞘瘤与毛鞘癌6例。

The expressions of E-cadherin and α-catenin in specimens of 54 breast carcinomas and 21 normal breast tissues around tumor were measured by immunohistochemical method. Results In normal breast tissues, E-cadherin and α-catenin were expressed on cell membrance of ductal and acinic cells. No abnormal expressions were found in normal breast tissues. The abnormal expression rates of E-cadherin and α-catenin in breast cancer were 51.9% and 63.0% respectively.
