The program for calculating the flutter load is developed.The numerical example is given and some useful conclusions are obtained.

Furthermore, 3D matrix transformations of degree rotation and other operations of 3D object are studied, and a fast equivalent method of corresponding shading correction is brought forward to improve its interaction speed in volume rendering process.
