Firstly, the mechanism of the preparation of superfine quartz powder with ball mill is studied in this article, based on nature of quartz material, Griffiths strength theory and the crush theory of planetary ball mill. The problem of granulation during the process of the preparation of superfine quartz powder is studied minutely. And proposed increasing dispersant and disperser medium to restrain granulation, and dispersing use ultrasonic after milled.

首先，本文结合石英材料的基本物性，以格里菲斯强度理论和行星式球磨机的粉碎原理为基础，研究了球磨法制备超细石英粉体的机理，同时对粉石英制备过程中的团聚问题及其控制作了细致的研究，提出粉磨过程中增加分散剂和分散介质来抑制团聚，粉磨后采用超声法进行分散，并确定了最佳分散剂、分散介质的用量和最佳超声分散时间。

The total DNA has been extracted from the fresh leaves of 4 medicinal species of pteridophyte with CTAB, SDS, to compare their effects on DNA extraction. The result shows that the optimum preparation method obtained to extract high-quality DNA lays theoretic and practical base for PCR amplification and primer design, for filtrating related gene of the active elements from leaves of the four pteridophytes.

以四种药用蕨类的叶片为材料，采用改进的CTAB法、SDS法分别对四种蕨类进行了总DNA提取效果的比较分析，结果表明，通过实验获得最佳的DNA提取方法，为PCR扩增，引物设计，为筛选四种药用蕨类中的活性成份的相关基因奠定理论和实践基础。

When the geometric similitude ratio of the model to the prototype was determined and the loading similitude condition was satisfied by using similitude theory in structure modeling and experimental techniques, the prototype soil parameters were derived according to the model test result. The vibrating wheel compelled by harmonic exciting force was treated as a lumped mass vibrating system by equation equity method. By using this mechanical model in vibrating compaction, soil parameters were identified according to the equivalence of vibrating differential equation. The curve fitting method of amplitude versus frequency response was used for dynamic simulation based on the systematic dynamic equation of vibrating roller-soil system.

用相似理论与模型试验法在确定了模型与原型之间的几何相似比并满足载荷相似条件后，根据模型试验结果推导出了原型土体参数；用方程对等法把受简谐激振力作用的振动轮等效为集中质量振动系统，以此作为振动压实过程的力学模型，根据振动微分方程的等效条件进行识别；用幅频特性曲线拟合法以振动压路机－土壤系统动力学方程为基础，用计算机进行动态仿真。

The mode field of photonic crystal fiber structured with hexagon symmetry hole cladding was analyzed by coupled-mode, and the effective indexes of base mode of different wave length were got. The characteristics of this photonic crystal fiber grating were computed and simulated by coupled-mode method and transmission matrix method. Moreover, the differences were compared between conventional fiber grating and photonic crystal fiber grating on their reflection spectrum and delay.

利用多极法对包层空气孔为正六边形对称结构光子晶体光纤的模式场进行了分析，计算出不同波长下基模的有效折射率，结合使用模式耦合理论和传输矩阵法对基于光子晶体光纤的布拉格光栅特性进行了计算和仿真，对比了常规单模光纤所成光栅与相同光栅周期的光子晶体光纤布拉格光栅反射谱及时延特性之间的差异。

Introduced the mathematics theories foundation of the symplectic schemes, include the commonly established methods for construction symplectic schemes, which are symplectic Runge- Kutta method, symplectic propagation techniques and generating function method. Based on the transfinite interpolation theory, an improved algebraic grid generation method is presented in this paper. Our improvements of existing algebraic grid generation method include:(1) orthogonality control, which greatly improves grid orthogonality adapted to viscous flow calculation;(2) weighted average smoothing, which efficiently handles with grid intersection due to concave corner existence;(3) normal vector control, which adjusts grid smoothing near convex corner.
