The chaotic behavior of agriculture meteorologic factors (average temperature, max temperature, min temperature, temperature of the earths surface, evaporators, precipitation, relative humidity, sunlight time) time series is investigated using the phase-space reconstruction technique, and the delay time and relation dimension and min embedding dimension and Lyapunov exponent and Kolmogrov entropy is calculated. The atmosphere water potential is calculated by surveyed data, and the day change law of atmosphere water potential and the relation between it and sun radiation has been discussed.

第三，关于大气方面，利用分形理论中R/S分析法对川中丘陵区的枯水年进行了预测；利用混沌理论的重构相空间技术，确定了农业气象因子(旬平均气温、最高气温、最低气温、地表温度、蒸发量、降水量、相对湿度、日照时数)的延时、关联维数、最小嵌入维数、Lyapunov指数、Kolmogrov熵，从而证明了以上各农业气象因子的时间序列具有混沌特性，为利用混沌理论预测各气象因子提供了科学依据；利用田间自动气象站的数据计算了大气水势并探讨了大气水势的日变化规律以及大气水势与太阳辐射的关系。

本文在对传统的视唱练耳教学评价进行反思后，从发展性视唱练耳教学评价理论依据、理念、特点出发，以本人任职的泉州师范学院音乐系视唱练耳学科为例，通过历史法与文献法、访谈法、观察法和行动研究法的调查分析，从如何进行学生评价、教师评价、教材评价三个方面，对发展性视唱练耳教学评价在泉州师范学院音乐系视唱练耳教学评价中的实施进行初步研究，为视唱练耳教学评价改革提供了新的信息。

Based on a thorough analysis of the character and mechanism of city-retaining-wall structures, the design theories, construction technology, new wall types and development tendency are deeply discussed. Besides, the characteristics of various types of city retaining wall are discussed, and the usual methods for earth pressure calculation are summarized. For the anchored bar retaining wall, the anti-pulling bearing mechanism of anchored bar is first probed into, from which anti-pullforce computation method are obtained. Combined with quite a few engineering examples and spot tests, the advised design and calculation methods of anchored bar are verified. From the abundant spot measured date, an adjusted hyperbolic model is put forward to determine the anti-pullforce bearing capacity. Furthermore, a new type of H-like block retaining structure is advised with its working mechanism deeply discussed as well.

本文在综合分析目前常用城市挡土结构的特点及其受力特性等基础上，针对一般挡土墙设计理论、施工技术、新型结构以及未来的发展趋势进行了深入探讨，论述了城市挡土结构的特点，并对常用土压力理论进行了综述，介绍了城市挡土墙常见的类型，并介绍了常规的设计理论和方法；通过分析比较，优选出锚杆挡土结构和砌块式挡土结构，并从锚杆锚固原理出发，结合工程实践和大量现场试验、对锚杆的抗拔承载力进行了深入研究，提出了用调整双曲线模型法计算锚杆抗拔承载力的方法，对土压力计算方法进行了探讨，对其设计计算方法进行了研究。

A method to calculate expected extreme values of time series with a long time interval is then proposed with its sub-sections based on the classical Gumbel theory for extreme values and the independence of observed extreme values. At last, the extreme values of the wind pressure coefficients of the present wind tunnel test are calculated with the proposed method and methods used widely at present, such as peak factor method, improved peak factor method and Sadek-Simiu method.

首先 介绍了风洞试验及试验数据处理的基本概况；然后在阐述经典Gumbel极值理论的基础上，根据观察极值的相互独立性推导了短时距下极值分布参数和长时距下极值分布参数的关系式，给出了一种由短时距样本推算长时距下的极值估算方法；最后基于风洞试验数据，将常用极值估算方法(峰值因子法、改进峰值因子法和Sadek-Simiu法)和该方法的计算结果进行了比较。
