The paper induces and analyzes research method of the tooth, including Method line of the tooth theory,Envlopment theory, Camus theory, Circling cluster theory and so on.Based on the past theories,the new measure to deduce the chain wheel tooth equation of roller chain at high speed,Circling cluster and envlopment theory,is proposed by analyzing basic concept of equidistant curve and Willis theory.Following the presentation of drawing lessons from traditional roller chainof the change of stanza line distance. A new type of roller chain at high speed is given in the paper.The paper studies deeply structural characteristics, the change of stanza line distance,separation between plank and bore and so on.According to design requst of roller chain at high speed and the study ofH_y--V_0 tooth chain,the impossibility that Quasi-conjugage engagement theory isrealized by the engagement of roller chain at high speed from the aspect of theory is decribed.

作者综述了高速滚子链国内外研究现状，并进行了以下研究工作：归纳分析了齿形法线法理论、包络法理论、卡姆士定理、圆族法理论等齿形研究方法，在此基础上，结合齿形啮合基本定律，分析了等距曲线的基本概念，提出了一种推导高速滚子链链轮齿廓方程的新方法—圆族包络法；在借鉴普通变节距滚子链的基础上，本文提出了一种新型的高速滚子链链条，深入研究了高速滚子链链条结构特性及其变节距、板孔中心分离等特性。

Based on general process of public policy analysis, using the Triple Helix theory, The Interest Group theory and Policy Network theory, with adopting methods of historical analysis, literature analysis, case study and comparative analysis, the dissertation firstly examines irrespectively the history, content, process and outcome of American research university technology transfer policies; Then, the dissertation analyses the value orientation, experiences and issues systematically, putting forward some policy suggestions for Chinese university technology transfer according to Chinese practical needs.

本文依公共政策分析的一般逻辑，运用三重螺旋理论、利益集团理论和政策网络理论，采取历史分析法、文献法、个案法、比较法等研究方法，首先从美国研究型大学技术转移政策历史、政策文本、政策过程、政策结果几方面分别论述，然后对美国研究型大学技术转移政策的价值取向、经验和问题进行了总体分析，并结合我国实际需要，为我国高校技术转移提出适宜的政策建议。

In the process of building up the system, all the following works are done: confirming the index system of the gas pipeline by the maximum quadratic mean deviation analysis, caculating the index weight by the means of AHP, bringing forward three easy and useful methods (TOPSIS, the effect function and the integration index) of the gas pipeline's engineering schemes' multi-valuation and at last the mathematical models of the maximum compatibility degree is introduced to integrate all the results of all methods above.

在构建这个系统的过程中，主要从事了以下一些工作：通过统计理论中的最小均方差法分析确立了输气管道指标体系；采用层次分析法对输气管道指标权重进行了分析计算；提出三种简单易行的用于天然气管道设计方案评价的新方法：理想点法、效用函数法和综合指数法；最后将决策理论中的最大兼容度模型用于输气管设计方案评价中。

This dissertation is the initial result of the study of 5,500 cognate words in 800 groups from Shuowen Jiezi (The Explanations of Chinese Characters), taking as the theoretical guide the theories holding that the Chinese lexicon is a system and that the genesis and accumulation of the Chinese lexicon are of different temporal stages, and using as methodological guide the mutual-different temporal stages, and using as methodological gude the mutual-proving parallelism, semantic components analysis, the comprehensive examination, chronological strata.

本论文是以汉语词汇的系统性理论和汉语词汇发生与积累的阶段性理论为指导理论，以作者自己从《说文解字》系联起来的800组同源词（5500个词）为基本素材，以平行互证法、义素分析法、综合考察法、层次分析法为主要研究方法，对同源词语音关系进行研究所取得的初步成果。

In this study we have constructed the system using the methods including systemic analysis, brain storm and specialist consulting, etc on the basis of mastering the relative theories and methods and realizing the condition of key subject construction in military clinical medical colleges in PLA by reviewing the relative articles and archives and performing field surveys. Then we have applied the system to the evaluation of the construction of the fifteen key subjects in Changhai hospital, the First Military Clinical Medical College of the Second Military Medical University to test the properties of the system. We have employed several methods such as the Sum-Weighted and Rank-Sum Ratio to analyze the data and draw the conclusion of the evaluation.

本研究通过查阅文献资料，进行实地调研，在掌握重点学科建设及其评价的相关理论和研究方法，了解目前我军军队临床医学院重点学科建设基本情况的基础上，以现代管理系统理论为指导，综合运用系统分析法、头脑风暴法、专家咨询法、赋值统计迭代法等方法构建了军队临床医学院重点学科建设评价指标体系；并以该指标体系对第二军医大学附属第一临床医学院长海医院15个重点学科的建设情况进行实测，运用加权求和法、秩和比法等不同方法进行综合评价，分析评价结果，构建评判模型。

This paper mainly adopted literature data, questionnaire and interview and logic analysis methods, and used the theory of urban development, sports management theory, theory of mass sports, community sports theory, and other theories. By grasping the basic characteristics of China's social modernization process and analyzing the status of community sports conduction and management and the presence of a series of problems in the new-type city - Jiujiang, we found the main factors affecting urban Community Sports Management in Jiujiang City and opportunities for the urban community sports management binged by the implementation of the "3 +1" strategy, and Consequently, explored the model adapting to community sports management and development in Jiujiang the new-type city under a "3 +1" strategy. That is the light of these constraints and opportunities analysis concluded: As China's economic reform and social reform of the management system of deep,single Administrative Management Mode-omnipotent authority are depleting,at the same time,Jiujiang City "3 +1" to the implementation of the strategy has brought city and the residents change.Sports needs of the residents of the community which continuously enhance the connotation of sports management on the basis of qualitative change rapidly rich,variable-totalitarian government administration for the government-led management.

本论文主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法及逻辑分析等方法，运用城市发展理论、体育管理理论、群众体育理论、社区体育理论等多种理论，把握我国社会现代化过程的基本特征，通过分析新型城市--九江市城市社区体育开展现况及社区体育管理现状和存在的系列问题，找到了影响九江市城市社区体育管理的主要因素（管理体制的不合理；缺乏有针对性的政策法规；管理系统（服务管理系统、场地设施管理系统、体育人才管理系统、体育经费管理系统等）不够健全和完善；管理者思想和管理观念落后及被管理者素质不高等5个方面）及在实行&3+1&战略后给城市社区体育管理带来的机遇（&3+1&战略的实施为九江城市社区体育管理奠定了坚实的经济基础和发展的动力；&3+1&战略的实施为九江城市社区体育管理提供了广阔的市场和空间；实行&3+1&战略为社区体育管理带来了居民体育意识的转变等3个方面）等问题的研究，从而探索出&3+1&战略下适合九江市新型城市社区体育管理发展的模式，即针对以上制约因素和机遇的分析得出结论：随着我国经济体制改革和社会管理体制改革的深人，单一的行政全能主义管理模式的权威性日趋枯竭，与此同时，九江市&3+1&战略实施以来，给城市及居民带来了巨变，居民对体育需求度的不断增强，致使社区体育管理的内涵在质变的基础上迅速丰富化，变政府行政全能主义为政府主导型管理。
