Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of radiotherapy on the auxesis of Hela cell in cervix carcinoma to offer the theory elements to identify whether or not the cervix carcinoma would be treated by radiotherapy with non-routine segmentation.Methods After radiotherapy with different doses,the Hela cells changes of potential doubling time by cytometry with trypanblau coloration were analysed,and the livability of clonogenic cell at the same time was detected by clone,and the two former were combined to aralyse the changes.
目的 探讨放射对宫颈癌Hela细胞系再增殖的影响,宫颈癌是否有必要实行非常规分割放疗提供定的理论基础方法在不同剂量的放射作用下,以台盼蓝染色细胞计法分析Hela在照射后不同时间点的潜在倍增时间的变化;以克隆形成实验检测其同期克隆源性细胞存活比率,并将两者结合分析。
