Abstract] Interim freeze right is an important right delegated to competent authority under the State Council by "The Law on Anti-Money Laundering of the People's Republic of China." Exercise of this right will heavily influence financial institutions, legal persons, economic organizations, citizens and the society at large. However, due to its imperfect theoretical design and inaccurate wording, this right is theoretically unfeasible and operationally inapplicable. There exists a paradox between freeze and defreeze, bringing about some adverse effects.

This paper, prefaced by interpretation of Habermas' reason, tries to disclose essential decline of this critique as a theory of values. First, its reduction to sociology leads to its disjuncture with natural law; second, it lacks normal vision to measure the reason of law in its theoretical statements and social critiques; third, it seriously underestimates the legitimate basis of modern Western social regimes; and fourth, it takes aesthetic value criticism to replace legal critiques.

In this paper I introduce basic theory of Bayes' method and business risk. I give out the thought of essential solving steps, then combine with an instance, as a spinning mill which would produce two different manufactures, flower woolen cloth and gabardine. I adopt Bayes' expectation of loss method to analysis the two manufactures producing, then made a decision, figure out expectation value of the two schemes. Then select a plan which get best profit or least loss. I compute other indexes, for example, probabilities under different stations, tenderness analysis, risk degree of different plans, then compare those indexes, we make a decision.

After studying the theory of combined signal processing with acoustic pressure and particle velocity, a method of direction estimation underwater, which is based on intensity measurement using an acoustic vector sensor, is presented. In the low frequency field with kinds of line-spectra, azimuth angle estimation is achieved based on the probability density statistics and bar graph approach. It can preferably resolve the problem of left/right bearing resolution and estimate the direction of space.
