Abstract］ Interim freeze right is an important right delegated to competent authority under the State Council by "The Law on Anti-Money Laundering of the People's Republic of China." Exercise of this right will heavily influence financial institutions, legal persons, economic organizations, citizens and the society at large. However, due to its imperfect theoretical design and inaccurate wording, this right is theoretically unfeasible and operationally inapplicable. There exists a paradox between freeze and defreeze, bringing about some adverse effects.

摘 要］临时冻结权是《中华人民共和国反洗钱法》赋予国务院反洗钱行政主管部门的一项重要权力，这项权力的行使，必将对金融机构、法人、经济组织、公民和全社会产生重大的影响，但它在理论设计上的不完善以及文字表达方面的不准确完整，导致了这项权力行使的理论可行性和实践操作性不强，存在冻结与解冻的矛盾悖论，并产生某些负面作用，其关于临时冻结权的规定应及时予以修改完善。

New ideas and methods in the paper:1 The formulas on perforated casing collapse strength were deducted, which offereda convenient method to analyze the relationship between casing collapse strength and perforation;2 The stress and displacement formulas on the system of casing, cement anddeformation under the non-uniform load were deducted, which offered the theoretical found for designing optimally casing string;3 The relationship between structure in-situ field of whole oil field and casing failurewere studied, which offered the scheme for the prediction of casing failure. The process of study in the paper:1 For simulating the relationship between the structure in-situ field and the casingfailure in the oil-deformation, the tests of the uniaxial tensile, compress, tnaxial compress and dilatability were made on the samples of the drill cores from deformation of casing failure position in Yuejing II oil field.

本文的主要创新： 1推导出了射孔套管抗挤强度的解析式，为分析射孔与套管强度的变化关系提供了简便的方法； 2推导出了非均匀地层载荷作用下套管、水泥环和地层组合体的应力和位移解析式，并非均匀作用下套管柱优化设计提供了理论依据； 3研究整个油田区块构造应力场与套管损坏关系，为预测套管损坏提供了可行方案；本文的研究过程如下： 1为模拟构造应力场与油层段套管损坏关系，做了大量的岩石单轴抗拉、单轴抗压、三轴试验以及岩石遇水膨胀试验，获得了研究区块岩石的弹性模量、泊松比、内聚力、内摩擦角以及岩石的线膨胀系数，这此数据为本文研究油层段套管损坏机理研究的理论分析和有限元法提供了实验数据。

This paper, prefaced by interpretation of Habermas' reason, tries to disclose essential decline of this critique as a theory of values. First, its reduction to sociology leads to its disjuncture with natural law; second, it lacks normal vision to measure the reason of law in its theoretical statements and social critiques; third, it seriously underestimates the legitimate basis of modern Western social regimes; and fourth, it takes aesthetic value criticism to replace legal critiques.

本文以哈贝马斯的省思为引导，揭示这种批判作为价值论设的根本失落：一、它的社会学还原导致其与自然法的纽带发生断裂；二、在理论陈述和社会批判中缺失打量法理性的规范性视野；三、严重低估西方现代社会体制的合法性基础；四、以审美主义的价值批判取代法理批判。

Through analyses and comparisons with other methods, the equation squared root method of current is applied for the distribution line loss. Aim at the shortcomings of traditional equation squared rood method of current, improved methods are presented. This papers presents the treatment of small power sources in distribution network and the loss calculation of transformer winding resistance. In addition, the method on the base of queue is applied for programs.

通过对当前较为成熟的几种配电网线损计算方法的深入研究，分析和比较了这些方法的不同特点，并针对传统均方根电流法的不足，提出了对配电变压器铜损的改进计算方法；提出利用等效容量的概念来解决小电源问题，使得在配电网理论线损计算中对小电源的处理变得简便易行；在配电网理论线损计算的程序实现上，引入了基于队列的设计方法，不仅极大地提高了计算效率，而且可以得到任意节点的线损数据，方便了线损计算和管理。

The theoretical basis on pressure comfort of foundation garment, the factors influencing pressure comfort, and two methods for evaluating pressure comfort of foundation garment (subjective evaluating, objective evaluating) are described.

介绍了整形内衣压力舒适性研究的理论基础、影响压力舒适性的因素、压力舒适性评价的2种方法：主观评价法和客观评价法，并对动态服装压力分布研究的最新进展做了介绍，同时指出整形内衣压力舒适性研究中存在的问题，并对整形内衣压力舒适性的研究提出了新的设想。

In this paper I introduce basic theory of Bayes' method and business risk. I give out the thought of essential solving steps, then combine with an instance, as a spinning mill which would produce two different manufactures, flower woolen cloth and gabardine. I adopt Bayes' expectation of loss method to analysis the two manufactures producing, then made a decision, figure out expectation value of the two schemes. Then select a plan which get best profit or least loss. I compute other indexes, for example, probabilities under different stations, tenderness analysis, risk degree of different plans, then compare those indexes, we make a decision.

在文中详细的介绍了贝叶斯方法的基础理论和企业风险的有关理论，给出了贝叶斯估计方法的基本解题思路和步骤，再结合具体实例，对某纺织厂公司生产两种产品，花呢和华达呢具体生产的决策问题采用贝叶斯期望损益分析法，计算出两种方案的期望值，选取收益最大或损失最小的决策方案为最优决策方案，在不同的自然状态下，再计算其他的指标，例如敏感度分析，风险度。

After studying the theory of combined signal processing with acoustic pressure and particle velocity, a method of direction estimation underwater, which is based on intensity measurement using an acoustic vector sensor, is presented. In the low frequency field with kinds of line-spectra, azimuth angle estimation is achieved based on the probability density statistics and bar graph approach. It can preferably resolve the problem of left/right bearing resolution and estimate the direction of space.

为了对水下目标进行定位，基于声压与振速联合信号处理的理论，研究了复声强法对水下目标信号的定向技术，并使用概率统计和直方图的理论对目标的方位角和俯仰角值进行了估计，在线谱分量存在的低频段对估计角度进行了概率统计，较好地解决了左右舷的分辨问题，实现目标的全空间无模糊定向。

The equations of dynamics for the balance are established by Kane's method, from which derives the characteristic equation of natural frequency by means of linearization of dynamic equations, and the six natural frequencies being developed according to the theory of vibration. The law of the six natural frequencies varying with mass of the upper platform and the stiffness of the elastic element are presented,and the Finite Element Method is employed to testify the validity of theoretical results.
