本文研究重点是通过对浦发银行大连分行个人住房贷款客户偿债行为现行评价体系问题的分析，明确以量化为主的思想，提出建立新体系的原则，借鉴模糊数学的理论，设计两个维度，十五项指标，增加可信度计算函数，根据AHP法和专家意见法分配指标权重，建立评价模型，划分客户偿债行为等级，对浦发银行大连分行现有的评价体系加以改进。
