法律的运用

在2010年世博会召开前夕，我们作为新世纪的小学生，更要提高自身的法律意识，自觉学习基本的法律知识，逐步培养法律素质，成为一个遵纪守法的好公民；我们要善于运用法律保护自己的合法权益不受侵犯，自觉不损害他人和社会的利益；我们要热心宣传法律法规，以正确的法制观念去影响身边的人，带动周围的人，为构建社会主义和谐社会做出应有的贡献。

This thesis which is mainly based on present Chinese laws and statures, discusses about the problems about Olympic logo's infringement and legal relief. In the thesis ,positivism analysis method is used and a wide range of knowledge which involves in law, physical education, demotics and other subjects is comprehensively used as well .The author tries his every effort to make full use of present laws and regulations with the purpose to furtherly improve the Olympic logo's relief mechanism.
