任何上述行为的进行可以不事先要求客户提供或追加保证金及不事先将出售或购买通知或其他通知送达客户，其法定代表人、继承人、遗嘱执行人、遗产管理人、信托人、受遗赠者、继任者、转让人，并且无论上述财产是否是个人户头或和他人共同拥有。
